As seen on HGTV, this modern 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is perfect for up to 4 people. Enjoy nearly 1300 sq ft of indoor living space with a fully loaded kitchen, in-unit laundry and a water filtration system and NO hills to climb.

This sensational D'Terrace Residence condo is wonderfully appointed with top-notch amenities, central air & ceiling fans and incredible vistas including: downtown Puerto Vallarta, mountain, jungle, 180 degree ocean views and sunsets.

D'Terrace is one block away from the beach so grab your towels and be there in minutes. If the beach isn't your thing, enjoy the infinity pool or one of the two 12 person spas on the rooftop with 360 degree views of PV! Also just minutes away are the beach clubs: Mantamar, Green Chairs, Blue Chairs and Sapphire.

When looking for something more daring, perhaps you will enjoy parasailing, jet skiing, zip-lining and much more at one of the many excursion companies nearby.

D'Terrace is a quiet location on a dead end street away from bus lines and noisy corners. It sits across from the Tropicana Hotel, which is in the heart of old town, just steps from shopping and restaurants. Dining options are abundant with worldly cuisines and price points for everyone.

The mini market just around the corner stocks just about everything you need and is literally steps from the building.

Go to the rooftop and enjoy the bar service. While ordering your favorite libation, check out the infinity pool, two Jacuzzis and fire-pit. You can work out in the gym using all new equipment including: treadmills, elliptical, stationary bike, universal and free weights. You can plant yourself on a chaise lounge and sunbathe while taking in the sensational views of the surrounding romantic zone, Banderas Bay and jungle.

We would definitely book this condo again. Very spacious, quiet inside, fully equipped kitchen and great view from the balcony. The rooftop patio/pool has a beautiful view and was quiet. Owner responded promptly to our questions pre-arrival.

Beautiful and modern condo. Great for 2 couples or a family. Amazing rooftop pool with ocean and sunset views. Minutes walk to Basilio Badillio and stove restaurants without having to climb the hills!. I block off the beach. Highly recommended condo for your stay in old town PV!

It's a gorgeous condo in a wonderful location. A minute to Los Muertos Beach, 3 minutes to the main part of Olas Altas and tons of dining options. The pool area is lovely and peaceful. We will stay again!

Fantastic experience!

Loved everything about the unit. Our balcony and rooftop had incredible views. Our hosts were welcoming and quick to answer any of our questions. The location was premium. Short distance to the beach, dining, shopping and entertainment. Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip.

Amazing!!

Condo was as advertised. So clean, private, and organized. A lesbian’s dream. PVR likes to party, but the condo and the rooftop were an oasis and respite from the loud atmosphere. It was quiet and relaxing which was exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be back!

Condo is nicely appointed w comfortable beds in perfect condition. Access to the concierge was easy and help was readily available when we had trouble w the internet. Beautiful rooftop pool .. walk to everything.. highly recommend.

Paradise in the Romantic Zone

I always stay pretty far south of town and this was my first time staying "in town". This gem of a place is in the middle of everything, but once you are in the condo it is SO QUIET and peaceful.The condo is great, comfortable, has everything you need. The rooftop pool is beautiful and peaceful.So nice to be just a couple blocks from the beach, markets, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back!!

Great location

Great area and location, cool pool, guest room a musty smell and floors (black bottom feet) not too clean. Property owner very responsive and allowed us a later check out which was much appreciated.

PV Perfection

We enjoyed our stay in the unit in D'Terrace, which is a very nice and convenient condo building near Los Muertos beach. The amenities are great and the unit is very comfortable. The check in was very easy and the host was very communicative and was also kind enough to coordinate earlier check in, would look to stay here again.

Fantastic vacation at Casa Munoz

Great find of a VRBO! Place is beautiful. Pictures in the site are accurate. Has all the amenities of home. This will definitely be the place we stay the next time we come to PV. Alicia the property manager was so friendly and helpful. The owners were also really responsive to messages we left. Thanks guys for helping make our vacation such a wonderful time.

Wonderful!

A lovely, clean, well-appointed condo in the heart of Amapas. Quiet haven with fabulous roof deck and pool. Friendly and helpful doorman. Great and supportive property management. Only suggestion would be to clean the BBQ between guests. Would definitely stay there again and refer friends.

Boys trip to PV

Another amazing stay

This was our 3rd stay at this condo it was as perfect as the last 2 visits. Modern and decor is attractive and not cluttered. The condo is lovely, clean, open, sunny, balcony faces north so it can be used all day. Quiet area is a blessing. Owner and condo staff are responsive, friendly and get the little minor stuff fixed in a jiffy. Walk easily to old town and lots of nice places to shop and eat.

Well equipped suite, great location, close to everything

The one and only complaint was that the sheets and pillow case on the beds were really pilled. Whoever washed them must have washed them with the towels. They were like sleeping on sand paper. The owner should replace them with some nice cotton sheets and talk to whoever is doing there laundry.Other than that, the place was awesome. Thank you so much.

Mexico getaway

Casa muñoz was the perfect spot for our spring Mexico trip to Puerto Vallarta. We loved the location of the little grocery store around the corner where we got supplies, and great homemade Mexican cooking. We were about a block from the beach where we enjoyed the El Dorado Beach club more than once and dinners at La palapa and El Dorado restaurant. We enjoyed Coco's kitchen for breakfast a couple of days and my husband cooked the other days where there were plenty of supplies to do so. The layout was great for two couples and it supplied plenty of privacy for each. We would definitely come back again. Thank you so much.

Wonderful Condo

Casa Munoz was wonderful. Modern and very well kept. And that roof top pool, was a great way to spend the day or watching the sunsets, wow!! JB was very efficient at returning questions that we had. The location of the condo was perfect proximity to the beach and we all felt completely safe at all times of day. Close to so many restaurants, we had a hard time choosing and try something different for every meal. Using Uber was easy and they all picked us up at the door or dropped us off. We had had great 2 week vacation. Thank you for making it over the top!!!

Felipe is originally from Medellin, Colombia and JB is from Portland, Oregon USA. The two of us met in 2003 playing raquetball at our local gym and have been connected ever since.

We have been fortunate to travel all over the world but over the years we kept coming back to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Both of us had been to PV prior to meeting but on our first trip together we both instantly fell in love with the beach community.

Puerto Vallarta is a great fit for our active lifestyle. We love being outdoors and stay active by a variety of activities but mainly running, biking and hiking which is a differnt experience in PV than in the Portland rain, where we currently reside. We also enjoy art, food and meeting new people from around the globe. Being big travlers, it is great being in PV where we can meet diverse people from all over the world in one town and one beach. The food and art scenes have blossomed in recent years and just continues to get better and better. Puerto Valalrta is also is a happy medium between our two cultures. Its a great blend of Colombia and the United States.

As we began to think about places we want to spend our time and hopefully retire someday, PV kept coming up. After a few years of dreaming, we finally started our search for our new home and where we will start our next adventure. Hours and hours on the internet, a trip down to view properties and we made the plunge and purchased our condo. After 18 months, a few trips to check on the progress, many phone calls & emails and lots of planning, we are finally pleased to announce Casa Muñoz.
