Canal has recently been dredged and now gives boaters access to fishing and boating the back waters of Cherry Grove all the way into the ocean from your dock! This home is also just 1 1/2 blocks from beach. Great, covered front and back porches perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite beverage on! Or, if you prefer, you can fish or sunbathe right off the dock on the canal. Even take your boat, kayak, or paddleboard and set off for adventure right from your dock. You can also relax and cool off under house on the swing or outdoor living area. Full kitchen and grill to prepare your favorite meals or fresh catch of the day!

My family really enjoyed this property. There was plenty of room for everyone (12) and it was just a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived and the kitchen is well equipped! Thank you and we hope to see you next year.

Weekend Getaway

This house was the perfect place for our weekend trip! Everything was perfect and such a cute house. Check-in and out was super easy and Aime was great if we needed anything. Being right on the inlet was great for fishing and such a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

House was nice! Good location.

Blinds were broken, so no closing. Beds uncomfortable and very creaky (loud), pots an pans very limited. Frying Pan scratched up didn't want to use. Washer used only hot water. Refrigerator did not stay cold. Freezer froze ice bin so it wouldn't dispense. I am not complaining just telling the things that could be replaced or fixed. Thank you for letting us stay in your house!

Short walk to the beach

The homeowner was very responsive with instructions on checking in and out. The house was very spacious for our group. Plenty of counterspace and a large dining table. There was a table on the back deck also. The location on the canal was nice for fishing. It was a short walk to the beach and only 1-1/2 miles to Cherry Grove Pier.

Great beach vacation!

There is no question: I would utilize this property again. Biggest highlights are definitely the well-stocked kitchen, front and back porch, and fishing from the dock. We even caught one flounder there! Amie was a great host as well. My family enjoyed everything and can't wait to return!

Our Vacation

Great location and the house was good. It says it sleeps 12 but the seating in the den was only for 5 so our family of 9 couldnā€™t sit together. The outdoor furniture was in need of being replaced. The glass on the table was broken and a couple of us endured cuts from cleaning it until a handyman came and removed it half way through our vacation. Aime was very very nice and we would rent again possibly.

Late July Stay

It was a great rental that worked wonderfully for our group of 9. Great setup to the house and perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle but only minutes from the beach. Everything is a very quick drive away.

Met all of our needs

We had a wonderful time at this property! We loved the easy access to the channel because of the dock where we could put our kayaks right in. The house was clean and beautifully painted and decorated. We would have liked more seating in the den area, but it was okay. My husband and I, our three teenage and college age children, my parents and two nieces stayed at one point or another and everyone loved it! Thank you!

Wish we could live here!

If you are looking at this property as somewhere to stay for vacation, just go ahead and click ā€œreserve!ā€ This was the absolute perfect place for our family of 6 (me and my husband, grandparents and our sons ages 13 and 7). The location is ideal, super close to the beach but on the quiet canal. My kids rode their skateboards and scooters all around the neighborhood. The dock was so much fun for fishing and we loved all of the outdoor seating. The home itself is in pristine condition and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Beautiful decor and everything in good working order. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked lots of meals! One thing to note is the sun comes in through the blinds early, so my kids did not sleep late...no worries we just went to bed early! The owner was very responsive and proactive with notes about check in and check out. We will be back!
