Luxury Rental W/Private Pool Steps from the Beach

Cooper's Cottage is a large luxury vacation rental 2.5 blocks from the sparkling waters and white sands of Cherry Grove Beach in North Myrtle Beach. The house was completely updated fall of 2022 new hardwood flooring throughout, new deck and patio furniture, pool deck and under the house living area were just resurfaced, the outdoor living space is amazing! Very spacious containing 2,300 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a private pool. There is a huge outdoor patio and 3 decks! It has an open, modern floor plan with an updated kitchen. The house has brand new furniture and premium mattresses as of 2018 and has been completely updated and painted. We have Wi-Fi and Direct TV with new flat screen TVs in all of the bedrooms and a 60” TV in the living room. Downstairs there is a large lounging area as your make your way to the salt water pool and relaxing under the house patio. Cooper's Cottage sleeps up to 10 with a large master suite with king bed, second master bedroom with king bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with 2 queen beds. The master suite bath has a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. Cooper's Cottage is pet friendly (it would have to be, it is named after our little buddy Cooper) so bring the furry ones too! The house features key less entry with washer and dryer on the 2nd floor and a new grill on the deck. Two and 1/2 blocks from the beach and within walking to many restaurants and stores. The home was built in 2007 and the house, pool and deck area were completely updated and remodeled in 2018. A great place to relax with over 2,000 sq feet of outdoor living space. The cleaning fee includes a full linen package, we also have 4 beach chairs for your group to use at the beach! Check out our reviews! Please reach out if you have any questions! If you book with us (and we hope you do) we will send our short term rental agreement to you via docusign and email you access instructions a day or two before your stay.

This home deserves a 10! It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and perfectly located within a few minute walk to the beach, grocery store, etc. The pool was a great size for our family of 6. I don’t have one complaint about this rental. The owners were very kind and let us know they were available if we needed anything. We will definitely book this home in the future.

This is a really beautiful vacation home! The owner is very responsive.Everything was as posted and pictured. Best Family Vacation Ever!

Cooper’s Cottage is everything we wanted in our vacation home. Very spacious, extremely clean, location was great, and the owners were excellent. They have thought of everything you would need on your vacation. The outdoor area was our go to area by far! Great pool and outdoor furniture, grill, and speakers were awesome! We will be back!

Wonderful Vacation Home

Beautiful home, clean and very welcoming!!Six adults and one large dog had an awesome time. We spent a lot of our time in the pool area. Walked to the beach daily. Perfect location for those of us who want privacy but close access to stores and restaurants. Definitely would rent again!!!

A first for us, staying away for a month. The home's location was perfect for us, on the quiet side but still convenient to the beach, shopping, and attractions. Would absolutely consider staying again.

AMAZING!!!

This house was absolutely stunning. We loved being at the end of a cul-de-sac. We had soo much fun the house was perfectly described. We were five minute walk to the beach. It was so quiet on our end. The owners answered any and all questions we had very quickly. You will not be disappointed at all if you rent this house.

Wonderful stay.

We just spent an amazing week at Cooper's Cottage. (3rd week of October) The host was wonderful to deal with. He was quick to answer any questions. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, baking, and grilling. The beds were very comfortable which made for good nights of sleep away from home. All of the outdoor areas are lovely. We especially enjoyed the pool area, although it was a little too cool for swimming in the pool. The walk to the beach is very short (about 2 minutes). We rented a golf cart, but it isn't really needed for such a short distance. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Lovely home and location

Home was exactly like pictured. Great set up with two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. My family enjoyed swimming in the pool and the short walk to the beach. Safe neighborhood. Jamie and Marla were very accommodating and wonderful host. Love the small touches such and complementary beach bag and the make up towels in the bathrooms. Would absolutely stay here agian!

Best house we've ever stayed in!!

First of all, the owners were fabulous to work with! Great communication. The house is in great shape, up to date, and I can't say enough about the cleanliness!! I have rented from a few rental companies in the North Myrtle Beach area, and this is the first time I've walked into a house and didn't get the urge to clean behind a cleaning crew! It was spotless! Second. The little things that made you feel so welcome when you arrived made it all the more special. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor patio furniture, especially by the pool were so comfortable and kept us all outside enjoying the day even longer than usual! The pool was amazing, and it was just an all around fabulous vacation!! Thank you so much to the owners, whom we met due to having to drive back to get something we forgot after check out! They were lovely people!!

Wonderful location amazing accommodations

The house is exactly as advertised. 5 blocks from the beach, in ground pool,washer/dryer, and plenty of beds for sleeping. We took our family of 10 and everyone had an amazing stay. The house is located very near to anything you may need - grocery store is 4 blocks away, restaurants anywhere from 5 mins to 20 mins away, attractions are no more than a 30 - 35 minute drive. The only cons I can say are the house is built on stilts. If you have never experienced this just know you can feel the sway of the house in the wind or as people walk through it, not a major issue but something to be aware of if you aren't expecting it. This also means there are a lot of stairs. If you or someone in your group need assistance with stairs be prepared. Overall it is a roomy house with everything you could possibly need on a vacation. We spent 7 days at Cooper's Cottage and could have spent the entire week walking to the beach every day and spending the evenings eating in and relaxing on the spacious patio near the pool. If we ever decide to do another family trip to the Myrtle Beach area, this location will be the tops of our list when looking for a location to stay.

Beautiful property in Cherry Grove

Very clean and beautiful property. Much shorter walk to the beach than it appears in the picture. Also easy walk to the grocery store if needed and short drive to other stores and restaurants. Too cold to go in the pool but everyone loved the outside seating and cornhole. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty to do in Myrtle when you can’t go in the ocean- would rec Cap Rod’s Boat Tours out of Georgetown and Brookgreen Gardens in Murells Inlet. Only recommendation would be upgrade in the beach chairs. Would def stay here again.

Great outdoor space. Pool was wonderful!

House was very clean and tidy. We had a great stay. Everyone enjoyed their time. Was such an easy walk to the beach too. Other than some backdoor neighbors getting a little loud on Saturday night and into early Sunday morning, we have no complaints. We also met a very nice couple next door in the blue house. They were so kind and thoughtful. Great vacation !!!!!

Family vacation

This was in an awesome location and Cooper’s Cottage was clean and everything was very nice. Our family had a wonderful time and even our dog Copper was happy here. James was awesome at communicating with me and answered any questions that I had. We will definitely be back in the future!

Thank you for considering Cooper's Cottage, it is owned by Marla and Jamie. We live in Myrtle Beach as of 12/2020. We moved from Alexandria VA (a plan which was in the works for the last few years) and are really excited to be close to Cooper's Cottage. Marla is an innovation expert for a large tech company and Jamie is a sales executive for a publishing company. Marla was born and raised in sunny South Florida and Jamie is from the cold, winter grey Detroit area. We met in Florida, moved to the DC area in 2004 and now are in Myrtle Beach, we love it here and love Cherry Grove!
