Casa Del Sol is a gorgeous, open, private, spacious home with beautiful home decor. This property is ideally located less than 10 miles from Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Indio Empire Polo Club, Coachella, Stagecoach, and Desert Trip "Old Chella" Music Festivals, and blocks away from coffee shops, markets, shopping and restaurants. This property is located in the gated community of Indian Springs Country Club, featuring one of the top rated public golf courses in the Coachella Valley. Amenities include a community pool, spa and fitness center which are located just steps away from the property.

Casa Del Sol is a completely private residence that includes an open floor plan with upgrades. The high vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, custom paint, and ceiling fans throughout the home. There's plenty of room in the fully equipped large kitchen with granite counters, gas stove-top, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, under cabinet lighting, bar stools and all the necessary utensils for you to enjoy during your stay. Kitchen opens to the great room and features a breakfast bar and formal dining area. Great room is prefect to entertaining and offers beautiful wood floors, 70 inch SMART TV, fireplace, vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, and double doors to your private outdoor oasis. A laundry room with washer, dryer, as well as a 2 car garage are available for your use.

Master bedroom is generous in size, featuring a walk in closet, and vaulted ceilings. Master bathroom has a spa tub, separate shower, and dual vanity sinks. Guest Bedrooms have a separation of space, en suite bathrooms, making this the ideal plan for guests, families, or entertaining.

The backyard is private, boasting an in ground spa with waterfall, propane BBQ grill, patio furniture and beautiful landscaping.

Beautiful spacious home

Beautiful spacious home as described .Very comfortable for three couples. Nice new furniture, bed linens and a well equipped kitchen. Great location to the neighborhood pool which we used every day. Advised property manager of easy additions that would make it even better including additional lighting in the living area, night stands with reading lights in one bedroom,, comfortable lounge chairs on the patio, separate comfortable lounge chair in the living room. Excellent Property Manager Kristina met us on arrival.We enjoyed our month and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great house

The house is very nice and the best equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in. Very convenient to all you would want to do in the area. Dana, property manager, is incredibly responsive. The community pool is good but the health club needs more equipment

Spacious, Clean And Well Stocked With All The Comforts Of Home!!!!

This is a 5 Star property that has plenty of room, well maintained and very close to shopping and dining. The linens were all new and fresh and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the cookware/bakeware you would ever need. All-Clad and Calphalon, I might add! The private patio has a nice grill and seating to dine outside beside a beautiful spa/water feature. Very calming. The neighborhood is very well maintained and you are only 2 homes away from the beautiful, well maintained pool. The golf course in this community is lovely, reasonably priced, very low key and friendly. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the rental for you!

Fabulous!

This is a wonderful home ! Jorge and his wife provided -beautiful high quality sheets, everything in the kitchen you could ever want and a beautiful back yard. Our stay was perfect because of their generosity and kindness! The welcome basket was above and beyond! The heated pool and fitness facility are right next door. The Indian Wells tennis garden are close-by and there are lots of restaurants very near! We absolutely loved the house and all the upgrades! Thank you to The Hernandez family and to Dana for a wonderful stay!

What a beauty!

This home is a beauty! Everything furnished tastefully, immaculate and fully stocked. We couldn’t have asked for a better Home. Location was amazing! We enjoyed dinning, shopping, casinos, tennis and golf which were all located Minutes from the Home. I can’t wait to return next year!

Amazing!

I couldn't agree more with the other reviews when they say the pictures do not even do this place justice! The property is beautiful, and has everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. Kristina, the property manager, was helpful and accommodating from the moment we booked to the time we left, which we were incredibly grateful for. We loved the open space that holds the kitchen, dining table and living room area, and of course the beautiful hot tub in the back. And the beds were comfortable, no less! We can't thank Kristina enough for our stay, the house truly made for a perfect trip to the desert.

Prefect getaway in a PRIME location! ! ! !

The home is open and bright! Very well stocked with linens, cookeware, dinnerware, glassware. The home decor was modern and newer. We enjoyed sipping wine and BBQing in the private backyard. In the mornings we sipped coffee and listened to the spa waterfall in the backyard. The home is well spaced, bedrooms with en suites bathroom huge PLUS! One bedroom has its own private entrance which was prefect for visiting family. Not only is was this home beautiful, but the location was excellent! We enjoyed going to the casinos, shopping down El Paseo, hiking, grabbing coffee around the corner at Starbucks, Cofee&Tea Leaf! The community was beautiful. We walked the grounds daily. The community pool, and fitness center is steps away! Golf is open to the public and very reasonable in rate. I look forward to coming back next year!

Mediterranean Oasis is wonderful! Can't wait to return next year!

We booked this house over a year in advance and what a beauty it is! Once we walked through the doors we were absolutely in love. The home was clean, beautiful floors, open living space, huge kitchen with so much cabinet storage, and all the furnishings were modern, new and good quality. Home was very well stocked with linens, pillows, towels, pool towels and so much more. The property manager was very attentive and responsive. We couldn't have booked a better home. This is the best home to date we rented and I can't wait to return!

Gorgeous Desert Retreat!!!!

This home is absolutely STUNNING! Very open, spacious, and the vaulted ceilings make this home feel massive! The furnishings were newer and modern. The linens, and towels were good quality. The home was very well stocked and clean. Everyone had their own rooms with en suites which gave everyone privacy. The community is very well kept, and quiet. The community pool, spa and fitness center is located steps away from the house. We loved this home so much I wish we could of stayed longer! We will definitely be back!!!!

Beautiful, spacious home! Location a PLUS!

I have stayed at this community many times, but this was my first time booking this home, and I am glad I did! This home is beautiful, the quality of the furnishings, decor, linens and towels was great! The home is spacious, open, modern and gorgeous! This home had everything fully stocked, and if something was needed the property manager Kristina would make sure to get us whatever was needed. Kristina is great and helpful!The backyard is private and I enjoyed using the spool every evening. When I wanted to swim laps the community pool was just steps away! The location was terrific close to shopping, fine dinning, highway 111, and freeway access. I will definitely come back to stay at this home next year!

Great Modern Vacation Home!

The home was tastefully decorated with modern; newer furniture. Linens were excellent quaility! Home was very clean and well stocked. We had friends and family visit us during our stay and all enjoyed their own bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Location was prefect! We enjoyed fine dinning, movies, Costco, shopping, golf and the tennis tournament! Home is in a quiet beautiful gated community. Community gym and pool are located steps away. Can't wait to return !

Beautiful, private, stunning home!

This rental is absolutely stunning!!!! The home was very clean, well stocked, and the home décor is wonderful, and modern. The home was fantastic for me and my friends. Everyone enjoyed their own rooms, and bathrooms. Privacy was amazing. The home is less than a minute walk to the community pool. The backyard spool, and waterfall made for amazing BBQ's and relaxation time. This home will not disappoint, and the location is second to NONE!

Immaculate Beauty!

The home was immaculately clean, well stocked and beautifully furnished. Kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. The house is well spread and gave everyone ample space and privacy. AWESOME girls getaway!

Perfect stay for yearly girls getaway!!! First time booking on VRBO, and couldn't be more satisfied with the booking, arriving, and departing process! Home was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for the 6 of us! Home was so close to so much! We attended a concert at Fantasy Springs Casino, enjoyed a spa day at La Quinta Resort, and shopped and dined at the shops on El Paseo! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. You will not be disappointed in this rental.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this home. The house is spacious, very open and large kitchen was a huge plus for cooking and entertaining! The house was beautiful! Much nicer than the pictures depict. Looking forward to returning soon!

Excellent Stay for BNP Paribas Open!

Last minute booking for the BNP Paribas Open. Easy, quick and hassle free booking. Home is less then a 5 min drive to the Indian Wells tennis gardens which was a huge plus! We had a group of 5, and the home was clean, well spaced, and each room had an individual bathroom which was a plus! Wish we could of enjoyed the community amenities and home, but time was limited. I would differently recommend this home, and look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful Home; Excellent Location!

Beautiful well kept Home, in a great community. Home had everything we could have needed for our stay. Close to shopping, movies, and many restaurants. Home is within walking distance to the community pool and gym, which was a plus for our family! I will definitely rent this home in the future.
