Couldn't be better!
We stayed for 3 months in Petria and Rich's beautiful home and it was far beyond our expectations. The house was very clean and extremely well-equipped. The kitchen has every appliance you'd need and lots of cutlery, dishes, glasses baking dishes, pots and pans etc. There is lots of bedding and nice plush towels. The living room/dining room area is enormous and the bedrooms are all a good size. The backyard patio is on the golf course and we spent lots of time sitting in the backyard watching the golfers and the mountain view. One of the highlights of the house for me was the beautiful mountain views and sunsets from just sitting in the living room. The house is in a gated community so there is the added security factor. There is a very nice spa in the backyard and although we are not "spa people", we loved the sound of the water running during the day. We also used the very nice community swimming pool at the end of the street and it is heated, so was very nice and never crowded. Petria and Rich were fantastic about responding quickly to any questions we had. We had our dog with us and that was very easy too. Honestly, with any house you rent, there is always some negative thing, but in this house, we couldn't find one. We would return in a blink!
