Wonderful 1st vacation for the family

Tatyana was a wonderful host. Gave very detailed instructions for our stay. Very considerate. She gave options so that we can still enjoy our vacation. Will visit again next summer!

Great home

The overall property was In a great gated community. Best part of it all was that you could find any grocery store or anything you needed nearby. The house is very clean the pool is very nice and very easy to get a hold of the property manager.

Great Destination

Excellent area ... peaceful, quiet neighborhood; wonderful pool and spa; close to shopping and freeway. Tanya was extremely helpful and supportive. I definitely want to stay again in the future.

Long weekend in the desert

Thank you for a wonderful long weekend stay! The pool and spa were delightful as were the living quarters. There was ample room for the five of us. The location was perfect for all of our activities in the La Quinta area. We will rent again if our travels take us to the desert!

Great Central Hub

This house was great for hosting a cousin off road trip. The pool, spa and grill were great. Plenty of space for our two small dogs. We had 4 couples and a friend. The master is great! The second bedroom that stands alone is also great. The last two bedrooms that are connected with a shared bathroom could use some love. One has a queen and the other room was a full. We used an air mattress for the fourth couple. Kitchen was great with open concept. Located in a gated community and at the end of cul-de-sac so we felt safe and it was very quiet. We used the garage, big enough for a jeep and truck. Great experience overall.

Perfect Getaway with a Pool!

We booked last minute. The communication with Tanya was great. She responded very quickly. She always any question I had. This place was bigger than we needed, but that is ok. It was great to have a pool and jacuzzi to relax in. Their was a few lounge chairs in the backyard too. The kitchen was big and perfect for what we needed. We had a tv if we wanted to watch a movie at night. The location was in a private quiet community, close to a golf course, so my husband could golf close by. I would recommend this property to anyone! We had a great relaxing time.

Nice pool and space

Beds were comfortable and the space is great. The communication with the owner was a little difficult. We will repeat that house again

Nice but fell short

The house was big and pool and jacuzzi were great. The refrigerator was broken which we discovered after buying groceries. The owner did get a replacement to us late the first night but not before some of our food went bad. The bbq was out of propane so we cooked inside. The house needs pool towels and a large garbage can. The house could easily sleep 10-12 with bigger beds or another pull out but the way it is set up now, it is more like 8 comfortably.

Labor Day Fun

The property was nice and it had everything we needed. Pool was awesome. The only problem was having to contact the property manager when we wanted to turn on Jacuzzi or pool fountain.

Great stay!

We recently rented this house for a weekend getaway with our family ranging in ages from 1yrs old to 83 yrs old. Our first impression was how clean and nice the house was. Huge open floor plan with 4 nice bedrooms and 3 baths. The pool was so refreshing and they have a nice bamboo canopy with tables and chairs to sit and eat. The sun shade over the pool was awesome. It kept the sun from beating down on us while we swam. The owner of the hose handles everything remotely, like the jacuzzi and pool light. We would text her our wish , and within minutes, it was handled. I could go on and on about how perfect this house was. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. The onething you might need to know is about the parking. I guess there’s no parking in the street and we got a warning notice on our car. It was just a warning, but we might have gotten a ticket if we hadn’t checked on our car.

Family getaway

There was a bit of a confusion since the place that I was originally going to stay at was double booked. Luckily Tanya worked with me and had another availability with an extra bedroom for no additional cost. It was a bit of a hassle getting all that done and getting through the gate as there was no signal to get buzzed in but it all worked out.

Quarantine Getaway

my friends and I had an amazing, relaxing stay at Tanya's property. She was very easy to communicate with when we needed anything, and even let us reserve an extra day at the last minute. The property was well kept.. the only issue we had was the pool did not appear to be self- cleaning as day 3 there was lots of dirt, small bugs, and leaves in the pool from days 1 and 2. We did reach out to Tanya and she tried to have the pool guy come out but he never made it. It was not huge deal, we still got in! We would absolutely recommend this property for a quiet getaway with a few friends or family!

Wouldn't Recommend

We came here for a quick getaway. House was dirty including silverware, bathrooms (clogged master toilet), fridge, etc. Poor communication with owner. No directions at all on use of amenities including spa, waterfall, garbage disposal, wifi, etc. Many things went unused. Location was nice and close to many stores.

More than adequate!

Owner was very responsive to all our needs, no matter the time of day. Open spacious floor plan very pleasant. Outdoor ‘gazebo’ for meals in the shade heavily utilized. Pool and spa greatly valued. Lovely neighborhood, pleasant surroundings, easy to get to where we were going. Gate security always worked! Descritpion could be updated. It said 3 1/2 baths and slept 12. However it is 3 full baths and slept 10.

The House was the Hero for our family vacation.

This was an excellent choice for us as a family. Nine of us, which included two little children had a great time in this lovely, large home with a pool in the backyard. Parking out of the sun in the garage was a bonus. This gated community seemed very clean and safe. Thankyou Tanya for letting us rent your home. we plan a return visit in two years for our 40th. Tennis team enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of 10. With 3 cars, The community gate was a bit tricky at first because the kep pad did not seem to work, but Tanya was quick to get us extra gate entrance remotes for each vehicle which resolved that confusion. No issues with beds or bathrooms. All in our party said their bed was comfortable. The Master bath has no privacy door for shower/bath. If modest, like me, may need to ask for a few minutes of privacy to bathe. The other two bathrooms had doors. House has a pool and a relaxing backyard with view of mountains in background. Very pretty. I'd stay there again.

Loved it!

The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the area and especially loved seeing the roadrunners! The owner was great and got back to us right away when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!
