Additional IMPORTANT Information:
• Signed rental agreement required
• A rental agreement will be emailed after a confirmed VRBO booking...rental agreement must be signed, scanned, and emailed back to owner within 3 days of when renter receives the rental agreement
• Must be over the age of 30 to book this unit and must be present on site throughout the duration of the rental period
• A valid government issued ID, as proof of age, is required with the submittal of the signed rental agreement
• Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in
• Rates vary + $300 cleaning fee + $100 admin fee + 12% sales tax
• $1,500.00 Damage Protection Deposit (There is NO credit card "hold" for $1,500.00, but if damages or excessive cleaning are found/needed, we have the right to charge up to $1,500.00 on your credit card, on file with VRBO, for such damages/cleaning
• Evidence of red/brown/gold clay/dirt stain(s) on furniture and/or bedding from baseball fields will result in charges against the Damage Protection
• Peak Season - 7 night minimum stay
• Off Season - 3 night minimum stay
• Cancellations MUST be made with Vrbo
• Active Exterior Ring Doorbell and Blink cameras at the front door and beach-side of unit
• Unit is multi-level and offers step-free entry, BUT, stairs are required to access all bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors
