About the unit:
2 Parking passes, wristbands and cleaning fee included in price.
3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms – 1700 Square Feet
Master Suite has King bed, and desk area with high speed Internet connection
Master Bath has soaker tub/shower, two sink vanity, hair dryer
Bedroom 2 has two Queen beds and a private full bath
Bedroom three has a queen bed and direct access to a bath that shares a hall connection
There is a sleeper sofa in the living room
Dining table sits 8 and the bar sits 2
Full kitchen with granite counter tops
The living room has full view of the beach
Living room has a flat screen high definition TV
Dining room is beach side
Wrap around balcony overlooks 250 yards of beach shared with Leeward and Windward buildings and the private pool shared by both buildings.
All linens are provided; please bring your own beach towels.

About the location:
Leeward 508 is directly on the beach, one of the closest buildings to the water in Panama City Beach.
Leeward and its sister building Windward, both part of Edgewater Beach& Golf Resort, are 6 story mid-rise buildings.
You are a short walk to the heart of the resort, including the Lagoon Pool, Oceans Restaurant, Edgie’s snack bar and gift shop, and many other activities.
Golf, Tennis and Fitness Club are available for a fee.



About the resort:
Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full service resort on the beach. The resort offers 110 acres of golf, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, spa, fitness center, aerobics room, 11 swimming pools, 4 whirlpool spas and more.
The fitness center has cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. No cost to renters.
Pickleball and basketball are also free to renters.
Water sports include parasailing, banana boat rides, sailboat rides, sailboat rentals, kayak rentals, and jet skis, for an extra fee.
In resort dining includes Ocean’s Bar and Grill, and Edgie’s Corner Market. Room service is available.




About the Area:
Edgewater Beach Resort is in the middle of all that Panama City Beach has to offer including daytime recreation, nighttime fun, fishing, and both fine dining and casual restaurants. All are within walking distance or a short drive.
The international airport is 15 minutes away.
Silver Sands Factory Outlet stores are 25 minutes away.
Pier Park, a more than one million square foot shopping and entertainment mecca is just 10 minutes down the beach.

My party of 8 stayed for a girls beach trip and absolutely loved this rental. It is spacious, well kept and the view is amazing! We will definitely book this unit again in the future!

Amazing condo ! View was spectacular and the location was absolutely perfect . Appreciated it was clean and could tell owner keeps a eye on things ! Owner was fantastic and checked on us to make sure all was perfect ! One of the better stays we have had !

We've stayed at Edgewater several times. Each time we have gone further away from the main tower. We loved this area of the beach.

Beautiful beachfront

Beautiful beachfront view and location. Great corner balcony. The condo is exactly as pictured. Marla was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Amazing panoramic views

Marla was a joy to work with! The condo was super nice and clean. Had everything we needed. The panoramic deck and the views were amazing for sunset and beach watching. The ocean’s restaurant on the property was delicious. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to travel to Panama City Beach.

We absolutely loved the Leeward tower! We felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy! The 5th floor views were stunning! Marla was fantastic to work with as well. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We loved the entire experience with the individual condo and at the overall Edgewater property.

The condo was just what we hoped it would be, and it was so close to the beach. Also, having the four extra pools was a perk for the children. We enjoyed everything about our experience. Marla was very easy to work with on both the front and back end of things.

Excellent Condo for 6

Just a great property! Very large 3 bedroom, 3 bath, with lots of glass and a magnificent view of the beach and pier. Carpeted areas feel like new with nice tile elsewhere. Marla is a great hostess and very responsive to my calls. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Sugar White Sands with Caribbean Blue Waters

Amazing clean condo with gorgeous views

Marla was absolutely the best to rent from. From start to finish she was great with communication. The condo was super clean, spacious, and the views were gorgeous. We loved having easy access to the beach. We have already talked renting it every year. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay in this condo. The condo was exactly as described and very comfortable for myself, my husband and 4 teens. The beach in front of leeward was never busy like the beach in front of the towers, but it is still just a short walk to the main pool area. Marla was great with communication and we had no issues throughout our stay. The only thing I missed was a linger on the balcony to enjoy the early morning quiet or the sunset :)

This condo was perfect for our family. Everything we needed was in there. The view is beautiful. The pictures you see is exactly what you get. Marla was a great hostess. If we go back we will definitely check with her first.

Very nice!

We loved this property and location for our recent PCB trip. The beach view and the balcony were great! There was plenty of space for my husband and I and the 5 teenagers that we had with us. The only complaint we had was the loud music out by the pool late one night, but the property manager let us know what to do if it happened again (which it didn’t). Lovely location with a very short walk to the beach.

Edgewater resort

We had an amazing time. We loved the location of condo. It was an easy walk from car to beach with all our chairs/toys etc. We were on 5th floor and never had to wait for elevator.inside condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular. Owners were always checking in to see if we had any problems. Highly recommend

Family vacation

This condo is amazing along with Marla!. She was wonderful! Gave me her personal number and was excellent at communicating. The condo was very clean and spacious, and had everything you would need for a stay, minus the daily necessities. The view from the balcony was amazing! The resort awesome! I would definitely stay here again! If staying, make sure you try oceans bar and grill on the resort, amazing food! Marla, thank you for being so helpful and so good at communicating, and making things so easy going and not stressful!

Fantastic condo with amazing views.

Absolutely wonderful beachfront condo with everything you need. We loved the layout of this condo, it was perfect for 6 adults. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, so it worked out great. We cooked every meal in the kitchen, it also had everything you need. The beach was crowded, but with the views from the balcony, we were able to enjoy every moment. The owner provided great communication. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and everything was perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful getaway.

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the fact that it needed a good cleaning. The kitchen was stocked! We loved that with the pandemic going on. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. The owner was awesome!!! Communication with her was top notch. Check in process was so easy! I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing, Beautiful, feels like a secrete Oasis ❤

The condo was amazing!! Marla has a wonderful condo and conveniently located close to everything. This was our first family trip since the pandemic and it was absolutely the best ever! Views for days!!! Seriously breathtaking! The condo is so comfortable and has everything you need. I love the building because you get all the amenities of the main resort but you are not overly crowded by all the guests. At our building we were able to park right at the door!! Then walked a few feet to the elevator. Get this....the elevator was basically always there ready to take me up to my home away from home. Also, the location is just a 2 minute drive to Walmart and maybe 5/10 minutes to Target. If you have a chance definitely book the condo from Marla. It was clean, beautiful, convenient, super friendly host, and honestly just amazing. Lol, book all you want but please leave me a week in there next season too! 😊😊
