This cozy 1BR, 1.5BA condo is located in a gated community and is the perfect place for your beach vacation! Youā€™ll love being just steps away from the beautiful white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! The large deck next to the private beach access has seating w/ umbrellas and is the perfect place to relax and watch the romantic sunset.

Living Room
This accommodating living space offers everyone the ability to relax with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa on one side, accompanied with a cozy sofa on the other side of the room. It provides the perfect place to lounge, relax, and watch the game on the flat screen TV, while taking a break from the sun. You will adore the ability to step onto the adjacent balcony to check on the kids as they play in the courtyard, swimming pool, hot tub, or shuffleboard. The beachy decorated main level (living room, kitchen, and half bath) makes this place a stand out, that you do not want to miss!

Kitchen
The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare the perfect meal, if you chose to dine in. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and provides things such as microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, keurig coffee maker, blender, and a toaster. If the master chef decides that outside is best, the outdoor grill will accept the challenge. If you decide not to dine in, that is okay too, as the area is packed with local restaurants accommodating the dining of your choice.

Master Bedroom
You will find the master bedroom nestled just above the main living space on the 2nd floor. Along with the comfortable king bed, you will also find a flat screen TV, master bathroom, twin bunk beds, and washer and dryer for your convenience. Whether youā€™re an early morning person or more of an evening kind of couple, the master bedroom provides an attached balcony where you can get away and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This perfectly designed room also provide a private entry door that allows access into the condo without disturbing friends in the living room that may be sleeping in from a long night out on the town.

Area
Although this condo is on the quiet end of the beach it is conveniently located within walking distance to Schooners, Patches Pub, Dollar General, Surf Shops, and several other restaurants. If walking is not what you had in mind for your vacation, hop in the car for a short drive because dining decisions are a breeze with options such as Captain Andersonā€™s, Pineapple Willyā€™s, the new Marina Cantina, Datz Cajun, and Lizaā€™s Kitchen, just to name a few!
Other nearby attractions (less than 3 miles away) Wonderworks, Ripleyā€™s Believe it or Not and Donā€™t forget to visit St. Andrews State Park for a day of Dolphin Tours, snorkeling, swimming, sea shell collecting, and boating on the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect for Our Family

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The sleeping arrangements worked out with the bunk and couch bed. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of storage containers, pots, pans, and utensils. The updated decor was very inviting and comfortable.

Very simple check in/out. The place had all the amenities of home, from a Keurig with coffee pods to beach towels and chairs, even a washer and dryer. We loved that it was right on the beach. Also, it was nice to have keyless entry.

Great Location! Perfect for our little family of 4!

This was one of the easiest rentals weā€™ve dealt with. The property looks just like the pictures! It exceeded our expectations. There was a small issue with the washer but Daphne was wonderful and worked around us! Highly recommended for small families!

Very nice condo in a nice complex. Easy access to beach and the area on beach was not crowded at all, even in June! Very clean. Lots of nice extras in the unit. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Great experience!

The condo was exactly as pictured. The owner was very nice and easy to get in contact with. The property was amazing and provided a nice safe place for kids to play. The beach was not crowded like it is when you stay at a high rise. We donā€™t typically go to PCB but we beach several times a year. Out of all the places we have stayedā€¦.low rise, High rise, etc. This one is my favorite. The layout and community like feel was perfect for us! Thank you Daphne!

Mermaid in the Shade

We loved the townhome and the short walk from our room to the beach. The check-in/out process was easier than any hotel and the doors had access codes so no key to have to keep up with. The host was great and easy to get in touch with. The room was exactly as pictured online. I would definitely stay here again.

I almost don't want to tell you how wonderful this condo is, in fear it may book up and I will never get it again. LOL! It is very well kept and nice condo. Mrs. Hurst was so accommodating and you just felt like you were at home. I could not believe all the "extras" that came with the condo. A Keurig coffee maker and PROVIDED the coffee pods, soap, shampoo, detergent, dryer sheets, beach chairs and extras. JUST WOW!! We love Largo Mar but this condo is just sweet icing on the cake. Can't wait to come back!

Great condo!

We canā€™t thank Daphanie enough for allowing us to check in early to have shelter for the tropical storm Alberto! Condo was clean, had everything we needed and more. Condo is close to restaurants, entertainment and beachfront. We loved that the property was gated all around. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We will for sure be coming back and staying here.

Our stay at Largo Mar was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed for our month long stay & Daphne was great to work with. We met so many nice people & went to lots of new eateries! Beaches were amazing & I had many walks along the shore. We just might make it there again one day. Thanks Daphne for an amazing visit!

Hello! My name is Daphanie. I was born and raised in a small town right outside of Auburn, AL. Growing up, owning my own beach condo was just a dream. Year after year, I would visit Panama City Beach, Destin, 30A, and Ft Walton beach. There is nothing like the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Something about the breeze blowing, sun shining, and waves crashing just makes all your worries disappear. After having 3 beautiful daughters and seeing them love the beach just as much as I do, did I finally realize it was time to turn my dreams into reality. So Bailey, Andi, Chesnee and myself started the search for our perfect beach home. After several months of searching, we found Largo Mar and fell in love. We knew right away, this had to be our 2nd home.
