There were a couple of maintenance items we needed to have taken care of and they were quickly completed. It was a great experience.

Our room Could use a few updates and renovations. A nice short walk to the beach. Smelled like weed constantly. Kitchen towels would have been nice. Floors were sandy and wet when we arrived. The view was very nice though. We didn’t have any luck with weather. Rained every day. Location of the resort was good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in 1004 Ariel Dunes II from Dec. 23 2023 to March 15 2024 and very much enjoyed our stay. The Seascape staff were unfailing responsive and helpful. Our condo was clean and comfortable; a few improvements to the furnishings and refrigerator would be much appreciated before our return next winter.

This trip,we noticed some opportunities for improvement in the cleaning process. Found dirty towels in the chest of drawers and found trash (empty capri sun container) behind night stand in the secondary bedroom. Some of the cookware needs to be replaced due to wear.

An enjoyable getaway.

The unit was excellent, although the second bedroom was a bit small. Only real issue was the check-in. We applied online for two parking passes but only received one. Management was was very helpful in getting us the second one but shouldn't have had to deal with this while on vacation. The whole idea of vacation is to get away from anything that feels like "work". We also never received the security card needed for the Workout Room. We were told that to get it, we had to do more "work". We didn't bother. Other than the check-in issues which are very "fixable", it was a great overall experience.

Clean, beautiful view

We had a little family reunion and this condo was a great size for four adults and two kids. We enjoyed the pools, short walk to the beach, and nearby bars and restaurants.

Great Condo!

We decided on a very last minute trip to my favorite beach! We found this place and it was perfect! The views were amazing. We would definitely rent this place again!

Great vacation spot!

We loved staying at Seascape for our family vacation. The pools are great and we rented a golf cart to easily transport everything to the beach. Condo was clean and comfortable!
