New granite counters and an island make for an open, airy, and spacious dining suite to gather around for a meal or even game night! New under-cabinet lighting (switch next to fridge). Whether cooking, eating, watching TV, or just relaxing, you always have a great view!

A new addition is our custom-built fireplace with faux stone in the family room which you can enjoy from the kitchen too!! We love the cozy feel it gives especially at night with the changing color light feature for the fire and glass beads at the bottom!

The oversized balcony is also large enough for you and your guests to have a meal on or to enjoy the afternoon sun and is accessible from the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms.

All bathrooms have updated tile, cabinets, and lighting. The master bedroom suite is beautifully decorated with a king-size bed with pillowtop mattress, flat screen TV, large lighted walk-in closet, and a spacious master bath that includes a washer and dryer. The porthole window in the master bedroom makes you feel like you are cruising the waters of the Gulf. You can sleep with the sliding glass doors ajar, hear the ocean and feel the breeze!

The second bedroom features balcony access, two double beds, a flat screen TV/DVD, mini-fridge, microwave, and full bath.

We've also just added a premium pillow-top air mattress (stored in the master bedroom) - so we can now accommodate up to eight!

The unit is just two floors up from Surfside's private walk-over to the gleaming white sands of the Gulf Coast, a private sundeck, swimming pools, and hot tub. We've even left you some beach toys, too! There are no worries with beach parking or crossing Scenic Gulf Drive to get to the beach--Surfside has the only private walkover (and the only year-round heated pool) in Walton County!

Our beautiful condo is a 'NON-SMOKING/NON-PET' unit and our policy prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25 years old (at least one member of the group must be older than 25).

We also use Norwex cleaning products which are chemical-free, non-toxic, and perfect for sensitive skin. The Norwex Bac-Loc system uses silver-permeated microfiber cleaning cloths that remove germs and bacteria without the use of harsh chemicals. We keep these products, as well as Norwex laundry soap, in our unit for our guests' use. The Norwex Ultra Power Plus laundry soap is hypoallergenic, free from fragrances, dyes, phosphates, fillers, and other harsh chemicals that can irritate skin, and cleans clothes wonderfully.
