We really liked the view of the Sea of Cortes and the amenities, such as the Echo smart speaker and the beach umbrellas and chairs available for our use. The proximity to the beach and pool was nice as well. Being on the third floor was not ideal with a lot of stairs to climb, but it would not have the view that it has if it wasn’t on the third floor.

Tranquil is spot on

A very accurate description! Lovely condo at a peaceful and clean property. Perfect for our family of four. We rented a car to get around easily - to the market, marina, etc. The private beach was awesome with fantastic snorkeling. So thankful for advice and healthcare contacts when our son had a minor medical issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Simple but completely adequate little condo

This condo had everything we needed for an 8 day stay.The manager responded immediately (twice) when we needed something fixed.The beach nearby wasn't that great for kids, but was truly beautiful.The kids were crazy about the pool. Nice and warm and a good depth.Having an umbrella and beach chairs, plus boogie board, was very helpful.Every day we went to Playa El Chileno right up the road. Very calm, beautiful sand, perfect for kids of all ages. Also there was plenty of good parking, and a bathroom and shower.Having a fine grocery store right across the highway from the condo was super handy.Everything worked properly in the condo. A/C was great. There were plenty of good-quality beach towels too.We will definitely come back to this place. It was quite affordable, too, and away from all the hubbub of downtown Cabo. Fantastic.

Fantastic communication!

We choose this property for the location and private beach area. The bonus was an incredible house manager. The location was prefect for us. We could uber or get transportation or food delivery as needed. Truly enjoyed the 3rd floor balcony. Also, the beach was incredible and had wonderful snorkeling and access, a good hill to climb on the way back to the condo. You do have stairs to access the third floor, so know that going in. Overall an excellent choice and I will use this condo in the future. Thank you to Mariana and the owner, Andrewsolid information going into this condo. Most Appreciated. TYVM! : Donna

Great, great place to stay

We usually stay at our timeshare resort but circumstances had us booking a VRBO option. This place was excellent. Wonderful gated property. Just a few minutes walk down to the beach (surf is a bit wild but you can get safely wet off to the right. And it's a beautiful little beach/cove). The property can easily and comfortably sleep six. has stackable washer and dryer. Beautiful view from the deck. Great natural lighting. Chill pool areas. Also walking distance to incredible market. Better grocery option than Whole Foods but priced better than Albertsons. a five minute drive from downtown Cabo. Zero criticisms for our stay.

Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The neighborhood community was very safe and the security guards were always there. We had everything we needed in the condo. The beach chairs and umbrella's were super handy. We went to the beach many times and the condo pools were almost always empty. If you want a relaxing vacation this is it. The house manager took care of all our needs; groceries when we arrived, early morning transportation for fishing. Covid testing, etc. She responded so quickly and always helpful. We can't wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your wonderful property.

Fabulous

We loved the place. The listing description and photos for the provide an accurate account of the condo and Cabo Bello. We enjoyed the well-equipped full Kitchen as well as all the other amenities described in the posting. such as Washer, Dryer, Free WiFi., Ocean view from balcony. The private beach was popular during the Christmas holidays hand the host provided umbrella, beach chairs a snorkel equip.Two pools on the property and a hot tub as well offer a great option to hiking down to the beach. Wonderful ocean view from balconyWe were impressed how quiet it is in the evening. We stayed over Christmas and the New Year and the only noise after 10 pm was the fireworks on New Years Eve and that was at beach area resorts. When we emailed our host , we received quick responses to our questions

Great flat in Cabo Bello

Cabo Bello is amazing and the flat is perfectly located to enjoy it. The beach is beautiful with a sea full of life (large school of fish to see snorkelling and whales passing at the distance). There is a supermarket which is a short drive away has everything needed with high quality products. The flat is nice and has everything needed to enjoy the stay forma dishwasher to fins and snorkels. Furthermore, Mariana the on site manager is great, she is quick to respond and super helpful. The only thing you should be aware of is that the en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom does not have a door. It is not a big deal but was a bit surprising.

Budget friendly condo in great location

The location is excellent and the condo itself was fine. Beds were comfortable, balcony was lovely, towels were good and everything was clean. The kitchen was useful, and it’s great to have the grocery store within walking distance. A couple drawbacks were (1) the lack of dishes (plates especially) that made using the dishwasher impossible. If 3 of us ate one meal, we’d use more than half of the dishes, so we washed by hand. Also, pots and pans were in rough shape. (2) although there is some beach equipment, there’s basically just one comfy chair and one functional mask/snorkel there. The beach umbrella was good, and the beach towels were good. It would be a big bonus if the owner updated the existing equipment. It was a reasonably priced condo, in a great location- definitely not luxurious. Suited us fine :)

Nice place, but rent a car and be ready for stairs

The condo is very cute and clean. Beds are comfortable and the pictures in the listing are accurate. I do wish the listing would have mentioned that there is no elevator. We had to lug suitcases up three flights of stairs. The condo was a bit hard to find, even for the private driver that the host had arranged for us, so it’s unlikely that an Uber driver would be able to find it. I would suggest you rent a car. There really were no restaurants within walking distance, just an Oxxo. There was a grocery store across a highway but it was difficult and a bit dangerous to cross the highway. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would stay here again, but would definitely have my own car next time.

A tale of two condos?

The description of the condo is a second floor location. We were sent to a ground floor unit # 192 which was confusing and we could not get in touch with the local contact person to make sure we had the correct unit. Otherwise the Condo was fine and with the ground floor location the outdoor sitting area was larger than the upper units. The condos are dated but very well maintained with a friendly mix of folks to help us. The surrounding neighborhood is full of beautiful custom homes with a security guard at the gate to ensure safety. The pools are nice and well kept. The access to the beautiful private Beach is a little tricky at first but worth the short hike. It was nice having access to the Welk resort next door and an easy walk up to catch the local buses to town. Overall a pleasant stay at a fair price and if we were to visit Cabo again we would probably stay here again. We would suggest that the VRBO listing be updated to accurately describe which unit is being rented.

We had a fun time at this location. The unit itself could use some updating. I would not want to choose this for a romantic getaway as the master bed is only a double and very noisy every time you adjust your position in the bed. It is definitely a minimalist Environment inside the unit. The pool area and barbecue area are enjoyable and quiet. The kitchen could use a few more more items for those of us who enjoy cooking. A large bowl, a tray, some plastic cups to take out by the pool, salad, tongs, some roasting pans for inside the oven. The owner would not need to spend too much money to give the place a little FACELIFT! Maybe moving the double bed into the spare room and getting a queen size bed for the master would be a nice change. It was my fault that I did not notice the other room had two single beds, so our friends had to sleep apart from one another, and that felt a little strange! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the beach was beautiful

We have a wonderful family condo in Cabo San Lucas that we use occasionally and thought that it would be good to let others also experience the wonderful vacations we have in Cabo. The girls always love it in Cabo, and especially the snorkeling, swimming pools, beach, horse riding and exploring the town.

Come relax in a beautiful home near Cabo San Lucas. My home recently underwent a refresh, and is now elegantly furnished with luxurious beds, an equipped kitchen and an in unit washer and dryer. New high power A/C - super quiet and very cool. Whole home water treatment and filtration system so all water is drinkable. Located a few minute walk to a beautiful swimmable private beach. The Complex has two great pools (one which is more shallow for kids, and another for adults only) and a tennis court. There is FREE WiFi throughout the condo and patio. There is a HD TV with Netflix service. The condo is conveniently located next door to a 4* resort, which offers several restaurants, bar and spa. The condo complex is a few minute drive to lots of Restaurants, Night Life and activities, including Snorkeling, Fishing, Surfing, Off Road ATVs, Golf. Additional nearby amenities include a neighboring pharmacy and medical care and Costco. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Both bedrooms have luxurious Queen beds.
