Terrasol is one of the best locations that Cabo has to offer and this condo has everything to make your vacation complete.
With 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a large living space as well as a patio with a perfect place to enjoy the Beautiful Pacific sunsets and sunrises, this is where you want to be.
The living room is open to the Kitchen and dining area with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining.
The condo comes equipped with all linens, towels, paper products as well as a kitchen with all the cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans..... where you can enjoy cooking your favourite dishes.
The Master bedroom has a large king size bed with an attached bathroom plenty of closet space and sliding doors to access the patio area.
Second bedroom has 2 single beds and attached full bathroom.
Please be aware that this condo is on the third floor, so there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit.

You can also keep connected with newer fibre optic wifi.

ALL GUESTS... are subject to a nightly fee and cleaning fee that is payable directly to Terrasol.
Nightly fees: $19.50/night for 1 - 2 people
$24.50/night for 3 - 4 people
These fees cover all the guests

Cleaning fee: $35.00

This is a NON SMOKING unit....

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

During the months of May to October there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is the slow season and construction is permitted. So some noise during the hours of 9-5 may occur.

It's almost a year ago now

We have stayed at Terrasol many times over the last 25 years and always love the amenities, staff, rooms and peace and quiet.This room is on the third floor with a great view of the ocean. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and had great pillows. Communication with the host was great. We will definitely stay in this room again!

Perfect Cabo Stay

We so enjoyed staying at Terrasol, especially in this condo. It had the best view of the entire resort, both from the the patio, as well as out the front door. It is a quiet resort and beach, yet just a 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the marina. We will definitely be coming back!!

Great Whale Watching

This was our second stay at this property and this time was better than the first! The entire property is low key and relaxed. This unit has the best views of the Pacific and during the whale watching season it’s the perfect place to relax and watch the wales and boats cruise by.

Comfortable place with an amazing view!

Unit was very clean and well kept. Farther away from pool and beach than other buildings in the complex, but much closer to the marina/shopping/restaurants and the view can't be beat! The people here are amazingly nice and Brad is an excellent host. Highly recommend.

The view from the property is awesome and having 2 bathrooms and bedrooms was great. The cement spiral steps were a bit tricky to manage with heavy suitcases. A little updating might be nice. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great Romantic Getaway

We are longtime fans of Terra Sol. This apartment was great too! Spacious, great view (though you get more of the noise from the Medano Beach Side/Playa Grande), good views. The master bed was soft, but supportive, and the second bedroom had a firmer, very supportive bed as well. The place is a little out of date, but it is plenty nice, and was a great price. It was well worth every penny. Also, the palapa on site is probably one of the best deals in Cabo. Huge fan and will definitely be back!

Christmas in Cabo!

My wife, two boys (ages 18 and 21) and I spent a week at this Terrasol Condo over Christmas and would not hesitate returning! The condo and complex was very clean upon arrival and the check in process easy. A very special mention of Brad the property manager - he was very helpful and his communication was outstanding! Although relatively close to the Marina and downtown area (10-15 minute walk), Terrasol is best described as peaceful catering toward families and snowbirds. The pool was heated and very nice, however the beach is not swimmable. As described in one of the reviews, this condo does require you to navigate some stairs, however we found we quickly acclimated to them. Thank you sharing your property on VRBO!

Great condo & location

We absolutely loved this condo. The view from the 3rd floor is spectacular. Not to mention the view of the marina the other direction. This condo was the perfect proximity to walk to the marina/ downtown area. It is a 20 minute walk but my family of 4 (including 2 teenage kids) had no problems nor the 3 flights of stairs. We rented a car and appreciated the gated community. It felt secure and safe. The condo community is quiet and clean. Terrasol has a swim up bar with a restaurant but it does close early. The kitchen in the condo is well stocked and had everything we needed. Brad has great communication. Overall, we will definitely be back and cannot wait to return!

Outdated and dirty

What a huge disappointment. This condo is outdated and was NOT clean. We spent the first evening of our family vacation cleaning up what we could with what cleaning materials were there. The floors weren’t clean, the bathroom smelled of urine/mildew. Empty hand soap containers , no emergency phone numbers or fire extinguisher (and believe me you’d want one if you saw the outdated wiring in the place) although the listing said those were available. We ended up checking out the next day and found a clean resort to stay at. Owner requested to meet me at our new resort to figure out a resolution but he never showed up at the agreed on time. He said the “day got the best of him” and said he’d credit us 1/2 of the amount charged. He did credit us a portion but not even half. Extremely disappointed! So glad the resort next door had an available room! Not the way my family wanted to spend our vacation, negotiating a refund.

Great vacation

This property was nice. The view was breathtaking from the balcony. There are minor repairs needed, but nothing which detracted from our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed being right on the beach on the Pacific side. Saw turtles hatching and whales breaching right out front! The walk to town and restaurants on the marina is 15-20 minutes dependingon the route you take, but it felt good to stretch our legs after lounging by the pool all day :-)

Location is second to none with Terrasol.... only a 5 min walk to the marina and downtown area.
Within a minute you can find yourself walking down one of the most pristine beaches in Los Cabos, no vendors here....
Great place to watch cruise ships pass by.... whales breaching and a few sea turtles coming and going

With less than 15 days of rain here, the weather is almost guaranteed. And this particular unit gives you plenty of peace and quiet due to its location.
