RECEPTION AND CONCIERGE

In the lead up to your trip, let Andrea and Francesco know when they will be arriving so that they can have everything ready. Our Lifestyle Manager will greet you upon arrival and show you to your apartment. The concierge desk is open daily from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm at our boutique hotel Crossing Condotti and they are just a phone call away for any requests or help that you need both when in the apartment or while exploring the city. Forget to drop by for coffee and take their brains for tips on your way to Piazza di Spagna.

FREE DRINKS AND SNACKS

The kitchen is fully equipped with soft drinks, hot drinks, snacks and more. If you feel like cooking, you will be able to prepare your own food. If you want to worryfree evening, our concierge team can book a local chef how to prepare a range of mouth-watering Roman dishes for you.

CLEANING

Our housekeeping team change the towels daily and bedlinen every other day. If you know how to get the best out of it, just let us know when you want it.
