This clean and comfortable cottage is along Ocean Ave in Point Pleasant Beach and perfect for those looking to experience all the best that PPB has to offer.

We include luxuries and amenities you expect for a relaxing beach getaway including high end bath & bed linens along with sustainable bathroom products that are made in the USA.

And located just 1 block from the boardwalk, we're a short walk to amusement park rides & games, aquarium, arcades, mini-golf, multiple restaurants & much more!

Renovated in the Spring of 2019, this cute beach cottage combines an unbeatable location along with a great interior & exterior space.

The interior consists of 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms, living room and separate porch area perfect for game night.

Our backyard includes a grill and dining set to dine outside while enjoying the evening sea breeze. And there is also an enclosed outdoor shower to enjoy when you come off the beach.

Keyless door locks provide a contact free check in so you won't have to worry about losing keys at the beach.

We are a pet friendly home, but we do assess a $250 pet fee.

Off-street parking - Please note that we have one parking spot that we rent close by for guests. It is available between Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. It is not accessible during off-peak times.

Cleaning Protocols

We have always been proud of maintaining high cleaning standards for our guests. However, we have expanded our cleaning protocols to give you increased comfort. Between stays, we will be cleaning all of the bedding, including washing blankets, mattress pads, and pillow protectors. In addition, our cleaning crew will be disinfecting countertops in the high traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. We will also be disinfecting all of the doorknobs in the house. We trust these extra steps will give you the confidence that we are doing all we can to keep everyone healthy and safe. We look forward to hosting you.

This is our 2nd time staying. It was very clean, they provided all bedding. 2 bathrooms sets of towels in all 3 rooms shampoos,body wash,etc.. kitchen has all you need plus cleaning stuff. Washer dryer all in one pretty cool. Nice size backyard with out side shower.Walking distance to everything. We had a great stay.

Perfect Location/Great House

The house/property was exactly what my small family was looking for in a week-long summer getaway! The house was conveniently located close to the beach, boardwalk, and walking distance to a bunch of food spots. The house had everything you needed. The backyard was a win for my little one and our dog! I would definitely stay here again! Overall a great experience and a great summer vacation!

Our stay was wonderful. The property was clean and comfy. The only thing missing was a clothes dryer. A clothesline in the back yard and some hooks in the bedrooms would have been great. Other than that, the place was great. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would rent again. Thank you!

Very clean, perfect location everything was walkable. Nice backyard. Would stay again. Note: we order trowels sheets pillows etcā€¦ you donā€™t need to get. House came with everything beds made and clean towels. We bought our own blankets. AC was perfect nice an cold.And washer and dryer really cool.

Location, location, location!!

This beach rental was an excellent choice for our family of four. It was walking distance about four minutes to the boardwalk. Awesome AC. Plus itā€™s about 50 feet from the restaurant and deli.

Clean and close to absolutely everything

This house was a very clean house which I appreciated so much. It is across the street from the beach access which was perfect for us- we had our daughter and husband and one year old grand baby with us so easy to go- come back- get anything forgotten- or get the baby home quickly when needed. Anything we wanted to eat was within 3-4 minutes from us. Be prepared for the pizza shop a few doors down- and especially the donuts freshly made every morning a few doors the other way! There is not much space in the bedrooms which I read in others reviews but it didnā€™t prepare me- they are small with very large but comfy beds- but hardly room to turn around. There are tvs in two of the three bedrooms. Not much storage closets or convenience like a bath towel rack-or drying rack for beach items outside- or places to put things in the kitchen. But we didnā€™t mind much because we werenā€™t there to spend time at home. As far as supplies- I would have liked An inclusive list of what the property has as far as kitchen- I brought so much stuff I wouldnā€™t have had to- and didnā€™t bring some things I needed because there was not a big list like other properties we have rented. There are extra kitchen supplies like pots and pans- pitcher etc in the storage above the washer and dryer but we didnā€™t find them until day 2 or 3. The living room is large- and sunporch/dining room a nice place to share meals. All in all a small but very very convenient and very clean bungalow in a perfect location!

The perfect place for our vacation!

Great place for a family vacation, close to both the beach and boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable for all of us. Would gladly stay here again in the future. This was our first experience with Vrbo, Dennis the property manager was very helpful. He walked us through the entire process and was available for anything we needed!

Nice little home in nice location

This is a classic beach bungalow in a prime location in Point Pleasant Beach. It is a one minute walk to the boardwalk and beach and has a nice fenced in backyard. It is walking distance to all the games and places on the boardwalk (3 minutes) and lots of stores and restaurants.

Perfect location

This house was exactly right for our week! The location, right across the street from the boardwalk and a beach entrance, is great, and that section of beach even seemed less crowded than the areas to either side! The kitchen is tiny but adequate as long as you donā€™t plan to cook complex meals, and the large living room was very comfortable. Communication with property manager was very good, and all of his restaurant recommendations worked out great. I really canā€™t think of anything significant to complain about, which might be the best compliment I can give for a beach house rental! If we do another NJ beach vacation, I would definitely stay here again, no question.

Convenient and cozy beach house!

The house was cute and super convenient to the beach and boardwalk. So close to all the fun such as the Aquarium, arcades, rides, Tiki and Jenks. Also, very close to Arnold Ave with many choices of great restaurants (our favorite was the Poached Pear). Only suggestion would be to move and enclose the outdoor shower to the back of the house. We had a great time and Dennis (the property manager) was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs!!!!

Clean and cozy

Nice, clean house about a block from the beach. We liked the big backyard with grille, decent sized living room, and four season porch which served as a dining room. Things to consider were bedrooms were small, limited closet space, and there is very little counter space in the kitchen (and bring steak knives). No off street parking took a little work, but it was July 4 week so busier than usual. The property manager was extremely hospitable and politely attentive to the house. Overall, very nice house close to the beach and certainly as advertised.

An easy & convenient beach get away

This rental was so convenient for our beach get away. A short walk to the beach, boardwalk & great restaurants. The property manager was friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend this rental.
