Charming, updated oceanside cottage with two bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa (queen, full over full bunks, queen)- beach & boardwalk activities are steps from the front door and a spacious deck and yard area are perfect for grilling & chilling. Close enough to the action for fun, but far enough away for relaxation. Awake to coffee in the sunroom or breakfast at the spacious table. Spend the morning lounging or walking on the beach (4 Jenkinson's beach passes included in season) and come back for lunch at the large kitchen island before venturing out for an afternoon at the arcade and rides. Or maybe you prefer a little shade and a book in the back yard, a stroll through the shops in town, a trip to the outlets, or the thrill of 6FlagsGreatAdventure. Dinner is easy with a fully-equipped kitchen, but even better when it comes off the grill on your private deck or at one of the many restaurants within walking distance from the cottage. Finish the evening with a long bath in the soaker tub, a movie on one of two smart TVs (living room and 2nd bedroom), or a nightcap under the stars out back. Point Pleasant Beach is SO MUCH MORE than beach and boardwalk. Whatever your family enjoys anytime of year, they will find it staying in the cottage on Danby in Point Pleasant Beach. NOTE: MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING AND TOWELS.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, great location. They were very accommodating to us. Very easy to work with and very fair. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Ann and Carl’s place in Point Pleasant! Both Ann and Carl were so helpful and responsive and made booking their property very easy. We had a great weekend and look forward to visiting Point Pleasant again!

Great Get-Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-location to the beach is terrific, we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning and walking the boardwalk in the afternoon. Kitchen was well stocked, and we very much appreciated the cleanliness of the home!

Great Beach Week

We had a wonderful week at the beach with our young family! The kids loved the beach and boardwalk and the adults loved how close we were to everything. The cottage was perfect for our needs, we hope to come back next year!

Windy but relaxing

Just a short distance from the beach and fun for all. Arcade, aquarium, food and sun. Strolls along the boardwalk throughout the day. Definitely a memorable trip we hope to repeat.

Petite and perfect

Loved our stay! Location was so great, literally steps from the beach but off on a side street with privacy from the public. Short walk to cool breakfast spots, ice cream shop and Jenkinson’s! The house was perfect for the three of us and our day visitors. Ann and Carl were great hosts. They thought of everything! Hope to stay again.

Steps from the beach

Great house! Very clean! Had everything we needed. Just the right size for two adults and two 3 year olds. Steps from the beach which was perfect for hauling all our stuff with two kids. Hosts were great, very responsive when I had a question about the washing machine. Neighborhood was quiet. Oh the outdoor shower was the best part! Thank you for the stay!

Exactly what we needed!

Needed a place for a quick beach trip. This house had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, just steps away from the boardwalk and very clean. Great communication from owner.

Great beach getaway!

This cottage was even better than the pictures and listing and we had a great time! Ann was very helpful and kind and their cottage was super clean and convenient (a quick walk to the boardwalk and beach so whenever we needed to use the restroom while at the beach, we just walked back to the cottage :)). The owners provided parking passes and beach tags to use during our stay which worked out really well. Thank you for the awesome stay!!!

MDW bliss!

Carl and Ann's home was exactly what my group of friends needed for our MDW. The space was exactly as described and located right across the street from the beach. Parking was a breeze in front of the house and we were also provided an additional street parking pass. Ann made the check-in and check-out process seamless and easy reachable if we had any questions. 10/10 would recommend staying in this lovely Jersey Shore home!

Wonderful cottage

We had a great stay at Carl and Ann’s cottage! They were so nice and welcoming when we first arrived. This was our first vacation as a family of three - we brought our 7 month old with us and it was fantastic! The area was quiet and always felt safe (two things we were worried about with a baby). It was a SUPER short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and many places to eat. Perfect little getaway with a baby (or without!) :).

POINT PLEASANT HAPPINESS

This property was absolutely amazing for a getaway to the Jersey Shore. The hosts are well spoken and educated and the inside and outside of this rental itself was absolutely pristine. You are literally one minute from being on the boardwalk and in the middle of everything for food and games and relaxation. Downtown Point Pleasant Beach is five minutes away where even more food and fun await. Thank you again guys and we most definitely will be back!

Home Away From Home

This house was perfect for myself, my husband, and our 2 year old daughter. We had the greatest 4 night stay! We felt right at home and so comfortable. Loved how it was just enough space for my daughter to play, she loved the backyard! Best of all, just steps away from the Boardwalk & the Beach. Can't wait to go back again :) Thank you Carl & Ann for sharing your home with us!

Perfect location!

Ann and Carl’s Cottage is the perfect location for a weekend getaway! Within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The house is cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you could need! We loved the outdoor shower! It was our first time in PPB and we look forward to coming back! Thank you for having us!

Relaxing Getaway

This property exceeded my expectations. Ann was there to meet me. She was flexible on time, I was slightly delayed an hour. Very pleasant. The property is clean, airy and spacious. The location is fantastic. Steps away from the beach, close to the inlet and a short walk to the main boardwalk. I did not use my car once, bonus! Walked everywhere for great dinners and there is also a quick breakfast pick around the corner. This was the perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Exceeded Expectations!

When you rent a beach cottage at the Jersey Shore, THIS is the house you hope to get. It was perfect in every way. Location CANNOT be beat, literally 50 steps to the sand, half way between Jenkinsons and the Inlet as well as pizza and bagels (kid must haves on vacation!). The house is cozy and comfortable, clean and updated in all the ways I wanted. My kids loved the bunk beds and the outdoor shower was perfect to keep sand OUTSIDE where it belongs. The owners were welcoming and so responsive to any little question I had. Simple instructions to work the tv's, all the info you needed to have a smooth vacation experience at your fingertips. I really couldn't have wished for more. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot to enjoy beautiful PPB. Thanks for having us!

Our family of four, including our two adult sons, was looking for a place to reconnect as our lives became more separate, and we found that in Point Pleasant Beach where there is something for everyone every day of the year. We are excited to share our home away from home with others.

The cottage is clean and neat with all the amenities you need on a getaway, but without all the clutter of real life. The sunroom, living room, 2 bedrooms, and large kitchen provide plenty of space to spread out inside. The spacious outdoor area at the house is perfect for dining and enjoying the outdoors when you are done being at the beach. But what is best about the cottage is that the location can't be beat. Close to the action, but tucked off to the side for some serenity. Steps from the beach entrance and a short walk to boardwalk activities or restaurants. It's a quick ride or leisurely stroll into town when you want a break from the beach. Truly something for everyone.

Uncommon private outdoor space is rare in PPB. The fenced yard is perfect for your own privacy or for peace of mind with young children.
