Large non heated pool installed in 2023 with pavers, sunshade, and sunning deck in the pool.

Each bedroom and the Living room has individual smart televisions with WIFI.

3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and a sleeper sofa. Also has an outside shower!

Kitchen has granite counter tops, new appliances, equipped with standard pots/pans/dishes/utensils. Dishwasher, washer and dryer onsite. Under the house is an outside shower! A widow walk (rooftop deck) provides beautiful views of the Gulf and the surrounding areas!

There is 1 Memory Foam king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and one brand new queen sleeper in living room. Main media center has a 60" LED flat screen with and the Master bedroom has a 47" flat Screen. Each bedroom has its own TV with Free Netflix, Disney and Hulu with Live TV!

With 10-foot ceilings, fresh paint, ceiling fans in all rooms, and new furnishings, it is light and airy with a comfortable modern mix of local art for a fresh look and feel.

We are on the walking/biking path that goes through the whole island so bring your bicycles or walking shoes and enjoy. If you don't bring a bike there are bike rentals and golf carts available a short walk away.

We welcome house trained and well-behaved pets, with a pet fee. The pet fee is used to provide an extra level of cleaning (dog hair etc.) that is necessary after your pets vacate!

Security Cameras onsite are located outside the home. This is for security when no guests are there, but remain in operation full time. No cameras are located in the home.

This property is very clean, neat, and nicely decorated with modern furnishings, fixtures, and appliances. Outdoor areas are obviously relatively recently remodeled. The host is amiable and aims to please. Our experience was an all-around A.

Our stay was great! We had some difficulty logging on to the WiFi but the host messaged us directly to get us all squared away and even offered some good suggestions for places to visit while we were there. The house was clean and you can’t beat the location.

Vey clean and accommodating

We loved this property and the pool was awesome!!! The proximity to the beach was great and the views of the Gulf from the property was great! The owner is also very accommodating!

Location, location, location

Overall, very nice house. The location cannot be beat--quick walk to the beach access! The pool was clean and refreshing. There were plenty of towels and beach towels for use. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher all worked great. My only critique would be of some of the kitchen utensils. We cook a lot on vacation (weird, I know) and I found some of the kitchen utensils to be old and needing of replacement. But minor issue, I know.

Great Location very close to beach access

Kevin was our contact. Very responsive to issues which was only one when a storm came thru and blew trash and sand in the pool. Would rent this property again.

We love the island and this house was great. The layout worked perfect for our group with a large living space. So close to the beach and the pool is a huge compared to some others we have had.

First time staying on SGI so we didn’t really know what to expect. But this house was perfect for our trip! The house was so close to beach, a nice short walk to the beach. The back deck with table and chairs was amazing! I brought a fan because I thought it might be hot on the back deck but there was ALWAYS a nice breeze. The pool was so peaceful and relaxing! The beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed everything about this property!

Perfect place and great host

This house worked perfectly for our family of 5 plus a grandparent. Some perks for us were the close proximity to beach, clean house and yard, and the beautiful pool. We loved that our little pup could stay with us. Kevin was always prompt in replies from before our booking in answering questions and throughout our stay.

Excellent house

This is the second summer we have enjoyed this house. The kids love the ease of in and out, and the pool is easily seen from the deck.we had 11-14 year olds that had a blast! It’s just a relaxing. Every thing we needed was there.Highly recommend.

Best Week Ever

My family of four (including a 7 year old and 4 year old) with my in laws had the best time in SGI at this house. The private pool area was perfect for us and the less than five minute walk to the beach was so convenient. We can’t recommend this property (and SGI) highly enough. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great place

It took me awhile to find the right place for a week vacation at SGI but this worked great for us! The beach is super close, the pool is nice and the layout of the house was great for little ones and extended family. You can see the ocean from the back porch or you can go up another floor for a great view! It was easy to cook there and there were a lot of pots/pans etc. we very much enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous stay!

When we arrived, the house was clean and ready. The bedrooms were nice and bathrooms clean. We loved all the tvs everyone could use late at night. The porch was nice outside as well. Our favorite part was the beautiful pool. It was a great size and we loved the tanning ledge in it. There were soo many chairs out there which was fantastic! We will definitely be looking to rent again!

Love this place!

Absolutely loved our time here! This house is perfect for our family. We have stayed here several times and it’s always so clean and nice. This year we enjoyed the new pool and we loved the updated decor. It’s a very pretty house in a great location. Great, accommodating host. Will be back! Great week on SGI!

Great location and size

We loved the location of the house both to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. The shops were within biking distance and our kids loved the easy accessibility. The beach was one block away to the access point so we were able to get to the beach easily. The kitchen had the little extras that we always forget:aluminum foil, cooking spray, salt & pepper, etc which was nice. We have three big dogs so having all tile was helpful, and they supplied a dog gate for the deck and with chairs we could have the dogs out with us. And we loved having the pool as additional entertainment. My husband worked this trip, and when the internet went down the owner was easily reached and even had a backup which was extremely helpful. One problem- we had some really bad storms while we were there and the roof leaked. This was out of the control of the owner but he did have someone come by to check on it. The hard rain also caused some flooding underneath the house where our bikes and beach chairs were but again, this was due to the hard rain. To summarize: the size and accessibility of the house were great for the money and our family of four with an additional friend.

Great house

The property is in a great location with great views. The house is very nice and having a pool was great after a day at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with things you need if you are cooking in which was great for us since we prefer to cook. The owner Kevin is great with communication. We would definitely stay again.

excellent! excellent! excellent! Everything was great. we had everything needed for a great stay. the pool was amazing and much needed, I will never book a house without a pool in mid july again. It was so very hottt! We liked SGI because it was very family oriented. loved the bike riding everywhere, and the lighthouse. we enjoyed the house and all the renovations the owner has put into it. looking forward to it next year as well. Kevin was attentive and responded quickly when needed. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!
