This lovely ocean view condo with park and mountain views is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. Wake up in the morning in a comfortable bed to a beautiful sunrise overlooking the ocean . Have your coffee/tea on the lanai while enjoying amazing mountain views, the ocean and an occasional beautiful rainbow with a 180 degree view. Let the rustle of palm trees and ocean waves lull you to sleep at night.
Ocean View from every spacious room; 2 bedroom (king bed/queen Murphy bed), 2 bath, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer in condo. Beautiful island decorated, ground floor condo with 3 lanais in sunny Poipu, with tile floors, granite counters and lovely wood cabinets. Equipped with linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella and cooler. Prince Kuhio has a private pool in a tropical garden setting and a community barbecue and picnic area. We are just steps away from the best snorkel beach on Kauai and ideally located to enjoy all the beautiful sights of the island. World-class golf is minutes away and the island’s best five star restaurant is just out our front door. Great swimming, snorkeling, turtle and whale watching!

This is the perfect spot to call home base for all your adventures on the island. Perfect condo for us. Beautiful view of sunrise over the ocean from the luani .Good location. Clean. Spacious. Walkable neighborhood . Well equipped with everything we needed to cook . Close to restaurants and beaches. Owner responded within one day of notice of broken toilet.

Great location

Family vacation went well. Totally of 12 family members that stayed at the resort. Enjoyed the pool and BBQ. Great location see the turtles and beach. Beach House restaurant was a plus with great food and watch the sunset.

The resort is close to everything, the beach, Poipu, Koloa and the airport. The place was spacious for the three of us and was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation on Kauai. Thank you to the owner and cleaning lady for finding my wife’s new necklace. We were able to have our friends on the Island retrieve it and send it to us here in Ohio. When we return to Kauai, which we hope sooner rather than later, we will be looking forward to staying here again! Mahalo. Aloha.

Nice unit with great location

We loved our stay here! Ground floor unit is close to parking and pool and has a great view of the nearby park and ocean from all of the patios. The location was close to many beautiful beaches and a short drive to the North Shore. There were a few places we even walked to! We will definitely come back here next time we visit Kauai.

We had an Absolutely Fantastic stay at our Prince Kuhio 2 bedroom condo in Poipu, HA. The hosts were Great. The condo was Outstanding. It has everything you need and then some! A well stocked kitchen so you could cook meals. All the stuff for the beach visits. A very nice family area with couches and wonderful full lanais to enjoy the beautiful weather. The laundry room was a bonus too. The pool and barbecue areas were also very nice. You literally walked across the street to the Beach House restaurant. (especially nice for happy hour). A very nice spot to launch your adventures each day. There was every type of store and restaurant in the immediate area too.The airport was an easy 22 minute ride. All of this for a very, very affordable price. There is no question we will be coming back to this place on our next visit to Kauai!

Delightful place and location

The condo had 2 nice size bedrooms. We each had our own bathroom. We had issues getting the lockbox off. We were pleased with the location and the facilities.

Wonderful condo!

We had an amazing first trip to Kauai!This condo is wonderful! Great kitchen, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, air conditioning, beautiful ocean view, three lanais. The condo is spacious, clean and well cared for.The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The barbecue area was also great. There is a great snorkel beach is across the street. Old Koloa Town and Poipu Beach are short drives away. We rented a car and were able to explore much of the island. We hope to return to Kauai someday and would not hesitate to rent this wonderful condo again.Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! Mahalo!

Keep It a Secret

I really don't want to say too much about how terrific this spot was because then when I go to book it again, it may not be available. We have been to Kauai multiple times but we loved this spot. The place was clean and well stocked. We loved the view and space within the unit. We had a great time. No complaints!!

Great location

Loved the location of this condo. Building is older, only provide 1 trash bag a week but otherwise well stocked for what you need. There was some minor damage to doors/cabinets & some mold in the master shower. Wish the owner had warned us about the constantly crowing roosters so we could have brought ear plugs but otherwise a great place to stay!

2 weeks in paradise

Great space in this unit if traveling with more than 2 persons. Just note that second queen bed is a sideways Murphy so 1 person is crammed up against the side making it difficult to get out.There is no AC and even with all the windows open & a few fans,it got very warm at times. Great location & property. Main bedroom & LR very comfortable. Fully stocked which was great!

Wonderful Experience

The host is so informative and promptly responds. The property is clean and spacious. Air conditioning is not even needed with the great ventilation and breeze. It is across the street from the beach. The pool and BBQ area are tidy. Parakeets will visit the trees. Roosters and chickens welcome you. Easy access to so many activities and relaxation.so welcoming. I highly recto

Lovely stay

We loved our stay, the suite was very spacious and as pictured in the listing. The only issue was the check out time. The VRBP property listing advertised the checkout time as 11am. The details recurved just days before the trip showed the checkout time as 10am, as did the book in the suite. Just suggesting that the VRBO listing check out time be changed to 10am so there is less confusion in the future for renters. Other than that, the suite was lovely.

Hawaiian Girls Trip

This condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our trip. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself converted into an enclosed bedroom. Both bathrooms were extremely spacious. The condo was also equipped with all basic necessities from clothing hangers to spices to beach gear. The three balconies created a draft that cooled the condo - never felt the need for air conditioning. Having a view of the ocean was an added bonus. Parking was easy and abundant. I could go on and on with how much I enjoyed this stay. Highly recommend and I definitely plan on booking this condo again upon my return to Kauai.

Our cleaning crew came at 9:00 am and back again at 10:00am but our conformation from Vermo said 11:00 am We felt pushes out on Tuesday morning.

Ocean view condo overlooking Prince Kuhio park

We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the lanai with our coffee, and then heading out to walk to shops, sightseeing and beaches. The swarms of parakeets were fascinating to watch both morning and dusk. We enjoyed the resident chickens, too. The unit was very easy to check-in to, very well stocked, very comfortable, and very clean. Natural ventilation and ceiling fans kept the place fairly comfortable throughout the day and night. The property is nicely maintained. Very nice pool, and clean bbq area. There were a couple of hiccups, however, the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this unit

Our last stay this year resulted in our purchase of #108, we are thrilled to be the new owners of this incredible condo! We have found both the owners and renters at Prince Kuhio to be very enjoyable and have made many new friends.

Perfect location says it all! We are across the street from the ocean and beach, up against a private park (quiet), ground floor unit, 3 Lanais, barbecue area, private pool to read and relax by in a tropical garden setting. Wonderful places to walk, outdoor shopping blocks away with many restaurants and shopping.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Poipu is the sunniest part of the island and the perfect take off point to explore other areas. You can walk out of the unit and enjoy snorkeling across the street. It is not unusual to see monk seals and turtles on the beach and in the ocean. The unit is large and has a very comfortable feel to it. The views are amazing whether it be the private park or the ocean.
