Poipu Shores 104C is a fully-oceanfront, 2-story, 2-bedroom townhome with two lanais and complete air conditioning. A fully oceanfront townhome is a rarity on the south shore of Kauai, doubly so for an air conditioned one! It is an exquisite choice for an unforgettable tropical getaway thanks to the walk-out lawn that overlooks the rocky coast below and the upstairs lanai that offers the perfect vista for dramatic sunsets.
Measuring in at over 1200 square feet, you'll have plenty of plenty of space to enjoy after a day at the beach or hiking in Waimea Canyon. Likewise, the heated pool that is perched right atop the rocky sea cliff is the perfect spot for close-by swimming and lounging. It's also an excellent space to get some work done from, thanks to the desk and several seating options for anyone bringing their laptop along with them. (The complementary Wi-Fi is also perfectly suited to hosting Zoom meetings, streaming shows, or looking up new adventure ideas.) No matter what the nature of your stay, you'll feel right at home in the tropics, settling among the tasteful décor and superb craftsmanship of the interior.
The main bedroom above enjoys a once-in-a-lifetime oceanfront view to accompany a perfect conclusion to a perfect day. The upstairs lanai opens out onto Kauai's beautiful south shore, where picturesque sunrises and sunsets will be yours to behold. Down the hall is the guest bedroom, which features its own en suite full bathroom with stone-floored shower. (Both upstairs bathrooms are newly remodeled.) Amber sconces set a beautiful and serene environment for this lovely room. Downstairs, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, replete with granite counters and koa wood cabinets, that opens onto the spacious living room. The living room has been recently redecorated from the bottom up and features the third bed, which is a sleeper sofa that is suitable for one adult or two children.
