This is a contemporary, open-plan property overlooking the Cornish countryside, situated just 3 minutes drive from the glorious Holywell Bay and 5 minutes from Crantock and Porth Joke Beaches.
The house offers private parking for 2 cars and plenty more in front of the house on the road. To the side of the property is gate-access to a small garden with summer-house (open in warmer months only) for those quiet moments with a book or an early evening drink, a hose for washing down the dogs and surfboards, a washing line and contemporary, comfortable garden furniture for making the most of the summer sun.
The hallway to the property leads into an open-plan living/kitchen/dining room with comfy sofas, TV, DVD player and a variety of family games and DVDs. Shutters on the French doors at the front of the house help control the light and privacy. The fully-equipped kitchen/diner with breakfast bar is a on open and sociable space with integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, induction hob and hood, kettle, toaster along with all the equipment you will need to cook from home. A sliding glass door takes you straight out to the garden.
A separate utility room houses a washing machine and condenser tumble drier, separate sink and coat hanging space, with access from the garden for returns from those wet and wintry walks or salty, sandy summer beach days. Off the utility room is the downstairs cloakroom.
