Welcome to our fully remodeled 2BR/2BA condo in Seascape Golf Villas — the perfect blend of family-friendly comfort and quiet relaxation. Enjoy peaceful golf course views, sparkling pools, and private beach access just steps away.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine on our relaxing balcony.

As owner-managers, we take great pride in keeping our property spotless and comfortable for every guest. Between each stay, the condo is professionally cleaned, inspected, and sanitized. Fresh linens, towels, soaps, and laundered comforters are always provided. (Additional housekeeping is available for a fee.)

Beautiful place on a Golf course

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The place was a perfect location. Very clean and had everything we needed in resort. My grandsons loved that we were on the Golf Course.

The house is beautiful, very well located, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The hosts were always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo has pickleball courts and pools, which made it a super fun place to stay with family. The house also comes with beach chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach days even better. Highly recommended!

Great Get Away

I have to say that Amber, the owner, was thorough in her instructions and so helpful with any and everything during our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and just what we needed for a weekend get away.

This was a nice condo. Centrally located to lots of places to eat and things to do. I wasn't crazy about the gate access which made you have to enter the property on basically the opposite side from the beach but, it was doable. The furniture could use an update, especially the beds. The twin beds were tiny and the pillows are very hard. If I were to come to this area again, I would rent a golf cart to get around and down to the beach access area.

Excellent location and condo

The condo was very nicely appointed and had a wonderful balcony dining area. Quiet and secluded but only a short walk to the beach and only steps from one of the resorts four swimming pools.

Our little family has kind of outgrown hotel rooms so we decided to rent a condo for our Destin trip. This location worked out perfect. Gave us the extra space we needed, was very clean, and located close to everything we wanted to do.

Quiet location off the beaten path.

Condo was very nice and clean. Owners were awesome to work with. Location was quiet even though condo was on a gulf course. Lots of pools around to choose from after a day at the beach. Highly recommended!

The place was quiet, clean, well kept. Only changes I would prefer , 1) TV was only Roku which not crazy about and 2 ) living room chairs not very comfortable. Overall nice place and would stay there again. It was very quiet and peaceful

Getting away!

It was just perfect, from reservation to check out. The owner was excellent all around. Love the list she provided for extra needs and the list of local restaurant's recommendations. I have gone 5 times to Destin, this time has been the best experience

Beautiful condo in Miramar Beach

Our stay at this property was amazing. The condo is even nicer than the pictures and the location is great. Walking distance to beach and plenty of restaurants and things to do near by. The owner was so pleasant and efficient and everything was taken care of. Any questions that I had were answered within minutes and we were thoroughly pleased with our stay. I will definitely visit again and would highly recommend!

We’re a family of four who fell in love with the Emerald Coast years ago. My husband is an avid fisherman, and fishing is what first brought us here. We especially enjoy beach days at Pompano Joe’s — our favorite spot, less than a mile from the condo! After vacationing here for many years, we finally made Florida our permanent home.

We love volunteering in our community, and spend as much time outdoors as possible. Hosting gives us the joy of sharing this beautiful area with others, and we take pride in making sure every guest feels at home during their stay.

We’ve been bringing our children to Destin and Miramar Beach for years, always dreaming of one day owning a place here. In 2018, that dream came true when we found this condo in Seascape — it immediately felt like home.

We love its location: just steps from the heated pool, Golden Pond with its relaxing fountain, and the basketball courts our son enjoys. The neighborhood offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience — quiet enough to unwind, yet close to all the fun that makes Miramar Beach so special.

Our hope is to spend many more years enjoying this home with our family, while also sharing it with friends, loved ones, and guests like you!

What makes our condo special is its peaceful setting. This is not a party unit — it’s a quiet retreat where you can truly relax. From the balcony, you can enjoy the serene golf course surroundings and unwind with a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the evening.

We love that the condo is tucked away from the noise, yet close to everything Seascape offers: tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, 2 heated pools, plus 4 others, and several on-site restaurants. In the mornings, we enjoy peaceful bike rides around the property, soaking in the calm and beauty of Miramar Beach.

It’s a safe, family-friendly, and welcoming area — perfect for guests looking for both relaxation and fun right at their doorstep.
