It is a house of about 150 m2 living space surrounded by garden, pool and large terraces that makes it the perfect place to spend a family vacation. The house is located on an estate of 40,000 m2.

The house has been restored with taste, incorporating the advances of modern buildings and maintaining the typical character of the old Mallorcan rural houses.

The center of the town of Sant Llorenç is located a few minutes walk from the farm so you can go buy bread and other fresh essentials by taking a walk or bike, without using the car.

The house has a very cozy living room, equipped with wood stove, heat pump and air conditioning. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The sleeping area is distributed as a duplex, with a double bedroom in the upper part and three single beds in the lower part. It also has heat pump and air conditioning. Between the living room and the bedroom area is the game room, especially designed for the enjoyment of children, has a variety of toys ready to be used.
