The energy used to heat the apartments is much lower, compared to a traditional construction. To heat the apartments and heat the ACS water, we have used aerothermal energy, which is a clean technology that extracts up to 77% of the energy from the air for free.
Aerothermal systems are state-of-the-art heat pumps designed to provide cooling in summer, heating in winter and, if desired, hot water throughout the year.
We recover the rainwater to have an independent channeling that allows us to have rainwater in the tank. It makes no sense to use drinking water for the toilet.
Another aspect that is very important for us is the reduction of plastics, so we wanted to offer customers a free experience of plastics. Even having cleaning utensils such as metal mop buckets.
All bedding and bathroom utensils are made of natural cotton fibers.
