Enjoy the beautiful white sand and the sparkling emerald waters of the gulf coast from your Beach front condo! This 1,408 square foot condo is the largest 2 bedroom floor plan in the low-density complex. The living area, as well as the master bedroom, have access to the large, partially covered balcony with views of the gulf, beach and tropical pools just a few steps away. The balcony beckons you outdoors for reading, sunning or alfresco dining. Beach service included.

The master bath features double vanities, whirlpool tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. The kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless sinks. Wash room includes automatic clothes washer and dryer.

The Crescent is one of the most sought out rentals in the Destin area. The property only has 68 units. The unit is located on the third floor and is the closest 2 bedroom unit to the beach. We are conveniently located close to wonderful shopping, fabulous restaurants, the cinema and much, much more.

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location

The condo has been updated, tastefully decorated and is very clean. This location is perfect for a beach stay. From the deck area, there is a wonderful full view of the beach. The property is steps from the beach and a short drive (or walk) to many restaurants and stores. The host is quick to answer any questions you may have as well. A great week at the beach!

Beautiful Condo

303 is perfect! Beautiful accommodations! Perfect location on the beach with easy access to the Silver Sands Mall and local restaurants. Gorgeous pool and easy access to the beach. Great Gym. I highly recommend!

Crescent 303

The location was great! The furniture looked updated. The kitchen lacked pots and pans, kitchen towels (only one), no knives to prepare meat /vegetables (only steak knives), only 3 wine glasses. The pillows in all rooms were old and flat. The towels in master bathroom were old too. The unit seemed very clean, just was not equipped with up to date kitchen/bathroom/bedroom accessories.

Enjoyed staying in the unit. Nice comfortable furniture Only gripe is that we were unable to access the unit slightly before 3pm even though cleaning crew had finished. We tried contacting the owners to get an early check in code for the door but they never returned our calls. We just sat in the lobby with all of our luggage

Beautiful condo right on the beach which I’ve enjoyed for many years. Great location near the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and tons of great restaurants nearby! I highly recommend!

Cleanliness of Unit

Unit is beautifully decorated, but upon check in the initial cleanliness of the unit was poor. Counter tops in bathrooms & kitchen were not properly cleaned. There was makeup powder on the bathroom counter tops and we had to clorox the kitchen counter tops, as well. There was not an adequate amount of bathroom towels in the unit. Bottom line, we have stayed at the Crescent property for many years. We love The Crescent, but for outrageously HIGH rate per night that we paid, we expected more. We will NOT stay in this unit, again.

Vacation

My husband and I visited Miramar beach for the first time. The Crescent condo room 303 was beautiful! So was the view of the beach and pool. It was quiet and relaxing. Condo was clean and had everything we would need for our stay. The Keurig didn’t work well and kept saying the needle pressure wasn’t working but it was no big deal. My husband had instant coffee instead. I noticed the fridge had a ding in the door by probably being opened by previous renters and would hit the utility door handle. I’m thinking they should’ve put the door handle on the other side of the door and possibly open inward..It’s just a shame renters aren’t careful in someone else’s home. We would definitely stay here again! We recommend!

Smoke alarm

Smoke alarm went off one morning. No answer on the emergency line as to an explanation. Found out later that a maintenance man set it off. If it had been a real emergency I’m not sure there was any procedure to handle it.

Winter at the Beach

I am a sand and sun person and this time of year was a pleasant surprise. We loved it. Quiet peaceful and beautiful with warm days. No crowds but there are a few closings but plenty to do and many places to eat and no wait or reservations. Hopefully I will get to go back this time of year again.

Great week at Crescent

We had a great week at the Crescent. The property was wonderful. It was our second time staying in this unit and would do it again. The owner is very responsive and the unit is clean and has all the amenities you would want. It has a tremendous view and the Crescent property is very nice.

Great beach/Disappointing accommodations

We have been to Miramar Beach numerous times before and absolutely love the area. However, our experience left much to be desired. First of all, upon arrival at about 3:30 PM, we could not gain entrance to the unit using the provided code. We called the property manager, and got a voicemail. It took approximately one hour for us to get a code that actually allowed us to gain entry into the unit. After a 12 Hour drive, that was not a good start. After reading reviews describing how incredibly clean the unit was, we were shocked at the uncleanliness that we encountered. For example, crumbs and debris on the kitchen countertops, food debris on the front of the cabinets, hair in the master bath shower drain accompanied by a foul odor, mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom toilet area, mold in the toothbrush holder in the smaller bathroom, and dirty bathroom rugs in the master bathroom. So, on top of waiting an hour to get into the unit, we had to wipe down the kitchen with Clorox wipes, pour cleaner into the shower and clean up the hair, and wash bathroom rugs. In addition, the smaller bathroom had a very slow moving drain. Although the water ran a bit faster after the $10 bottle of Drano we had to purchase, it still did not drain properly. The toaster is broken… We recalled seeing a complaint of that in earlier reviews. Finally, we will certainly be more careful in reading fine print about smoking policies. We read that there was no smoking in the units, however multiple times a day when we were trying to enjoy our balcony, we were greeted by the odor of cigarette smoke. Upon inquiring at the front desk, we were told that smoking is allowed on balconies and on the property. That really impacted the amount of time we wanted to spend on our balcony enjoying the breeze and sound of the surf. We will summarize by saying, we paid significantly more for this unit than we did at units at the Crescent previously, because so many comments were made about the cleanliness of the unit. We will certainly not rent this unit again, and given the smoking policy, we will not stay at the Crescent again either. We love Miramar Beach so much that we will return to the area but will find somewhere else to stay.

We loved this rental. So close to the beach. Gorgeous balcony view of Gulf, pool and sunsets. Good space. Restaurant, Surf Hut, is literally next door and had fabulous food and drinks! Thank you.

The building is crescent shaped with the lower number units being closest to the beach. All units in the building have a fantastic view of the ocean but this unit is on the end closest to the beach and the stairs down to the beach.
