Sea Horse Inn is perfect for 2 families, couples, or a friend's outing with 2100 sq. ft. inside and 2 covered decks. Upstairs features a large open family room with plenty of natural light. The sectional sofa has a pull-out sleeper and plenty of seating for all to watch the 55" HDTV plus 2 reclining swivel chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and all utensils to prepare and serve your meals including a blender, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, regular drip coffee pot and electric wine opener. The dining table seats 8 plus a breakfast bar for 4 additional seating.

The peaceful master with new linens has a king bed and 32” TV. There is a door to the back deck to enjoy morning coffee or beautiful sunsets over the pond. It's en suite includes a separate shower, Jacuzzi tub, 2 sinks and walk-in closet.

Upstairs there is also a spacious guest room with queen bed and 32" TV. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. On the first floor is a bedroom with a King bed that overlooks the back yard and pond. It connects to a Hollywood bathroom with 2 sinks abd shower to the bedroom next door with 2 twin beds and 32” TV. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan and new laminate wood flooring.

The upstairs front deck has a bistro table and several chairs for your group to enjoy the rustling palm trees. It is gated so your little one can play safely. There's plenty of room for your boat in the over-sized double garage and parking for 4 vehicles on the driveway. Included is a propane grill on the first floor patio with table and chairs. There are lots of sand toys, bag chairs and umbrella for your use.

The pool is across the street and has many chairs for sunbathing and a covered area with bath rooms. At the end of the neighborhood is a boardwalk accessible for your Golf Cart to the beach. Driving access to the beach is Park Road 1 only a couple miles down Hwy. 361.
