Paradise found in the tropical city of Key Colony Beach! This all ground level home has ease of access inside and out, boasts an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen. This duplex home offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 well-appointed bathrooms.

- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guest max occupancy (includes adults and children of any age)

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.

- Parking: 3 vehicle max. *No trailer parking at this property

- Key Colony offers a trailer storage lot on 8th St. ($150 per week*)

*KCB trailer parking rate is regulated by the City of Key colony and is subject to change.

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Beautiful house!

We had an amazing stay at this house! For a duplex, it was very spacious, plenty of room for our family of 4. The pool was cooled so it felt great coming in from fishing or snorkeling. Access to the Cabana Club was fun if you wanted to go down to the beach. Location was great, centrally located to all things in Marathon. Also, neighbors were very welcoming, which was a relief since it’s a duplex. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Family trip

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and in close proximity to great restaurants and the vaca cut. The pool was nice to have to cool off in. We had a blast fishing off the dock in the evenings.

Great time!

We had a wonderful time here just before the holidays with our two college age daughters. The house was just as described and even had a beautiful Christmas tree! This is our second year in the Key Colony area and we absolutely love the location. We especially enjoyed fishing in the canal and relaxing in the pool (the heat came in handy for sure!) We will definitely be back and would enjoy staying at this property again! It was exceptional!

Family Vacay

This was a great property to stay especially with teenagers. The only thing I would mention is there are not a lot of amenities I.e. bikes, kayaks, corn hole, etc. so be prepared to rent those items if your interested in having those items available.

Christmas Stay

Property was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed the heated pool and visiting manatees in the canal. Very quiet neighborhood. We barely knew there were renters next door. The location was great! We visited the Aquarium, Key West, dived with an Islamorada Dive company, and Chartered a fishing boat. Lots of fun for a family of four.

Loved this beautiful home was perfect for us 4 adults! Beautifully decorated & so comfortable.

It seems like minor details to mention but it would be very nice if there was at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, Kleenex provided, one full roll of paper towels (there wasn’t any there for us), spray cleaner for us to clean as we go etc. Essentials that are normally provided when we rent homes in this price range. Just a note to share. We love leaving our rentals even cleaner than we found them! 😎. Loved this home, but just seems like a welcomed courtesy. Thank you!!

Great place to stay while on vacation in the FL Keys!

This property is a great value! Other similar properties close by were way more expensive. House was clean and well furnished. Our stay was right before the holidays, and they even had a Christmas tree setup! Fishing right outside your door in the channel, daily visits by manatees, and close to all that the Keys have to offer make this a great place to call home for a week! Property management company was always available for any questions or issues that came up, and very quick to react. Only complaints are: that the house does not come well equipped with things like toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning items, or items left over from past renters (previously mentioned items, spices, oil, etc.) So you'll have to pickup all of those items at the local store. Also, the grill is very cheap. It works, but temp control is an issue....don't leave your food unattended! But despite these little things, this is a great place to stay! We will definitely be back.

It was a nice stay, but definitely could be improved.

The home is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and preparing meals. The patio could definitely use a large umbrella, retractable awning or tiki as the morning sun on the patio is brutal with very little shade. One small umbrella isn't enough for several people. We enjoy the sun and heat, but it was too uncomfortable to even enjoying morning coffee out there. There are 13 chairs on the patio area, and only 1 lounge. For a house that sleeps 6, it would seem more appropriate to have less chairs (which clutter the limited outdoor space) and an additional lounge. The sheets, pillowcases and pillows were laundered but stained in two bedrooms. The white towels, washcloths, and bathmats (including the extras in the closet) were dingy grey and most of the washcloths had dark makeup stains (pretty gross). Having the renters do the laundry for you isn't working, but the cleaning service shouldn't be using them either when preparing the house. I'd recommend a linen service that properly washes and bleaches. Check-in and check-out is all done self-service from a box on the outside front step of the rental office with envelopes for all the weekly rentals in the same box. There is no security with the keys, and no one at the office if picking up after 5pm. If you want to speak with someone at the office while there, they conduct all their business outside on the step. It's just odd, and not super welcoming. There are a few things the owner could do to make improvements, but mostly my concerns were with how it is managed and the service provided. I made it a point to talk to Leslie about the issues upon check out to give some feedback. She listened, but didn't seem real concerned or interested. She told me not to provide feedback if I couldn't provide a 5-star rating. That speaks volumes. As far as the home - it's a 4 star, but management is a 3 star at best. I'd stay at this property again, but not under this management.

Thank you for your review! We agree this home is well appointed and beautifully decorated. As we discussed on the phone and at your departure, we have passed your suggestions for a larger umbrella and lounge chairs on to the owner. After your departure we did not find any of the sheets or pillowcases to be stained. The extra washcloths and towels you referenced as dingy were not in the guest closet but in the laundry room for the cleaner’s supply and are not intended for guest use. We have a non-contact check-in and check-out process that is standard practice now due to Covid. We spoke with you by phone on Friday, at which time you communicated your dissatisfaction with the umbrella and the chairs. You had 2 main complaints. The first was there were no chairs on the driveway for you to enjoy your coffee. For guests’ safety we do not put patio furniture on the driveway, as it is intended for parking. The other main complaint you communicated was we did not provide complimentary beer and wine and cheese and crackers upon arrival. Upon your departure you did call the property manger to the front porch of the office to reiterate your complaints again. At no time during our conversation did we ask you to not provide feedback unless it was a 5-star review. We did communicate our appreciation of your feedback once again, Additionally, we thanked you again and stated we would much rather receive this feedback in person, rather than to read them in an online review after your departure.

Family Trip

The property was beautifully decorated and clean! We enjoyed the pool VERY much! The location was awesome, very close to stores, shopping, restaurants and more. The dock outside was perfect location for us as fishing is our passion. A few quick turns and we were wide open in the ocean! For those of us that stayed on the dock, the wildlife was abundant! Will come back again soon!

Lovely place to take a break

My family and I had a wonderful time in Key Colony Beach, as usual. Grandkids loved the personal pool. Cabana Club and access to the beach is a big plus. We will be back.

Great summer spot

Our family chose key colony area for proximity for venturing out as well as enjoying all the house listed as amenities. The home was beautifully appointed with tasteful beachy decor as well as roomy and a wonderful patio/pool area. The kitchen was clean but could’ve been better stocked with silverware as well as pots and dishes. We had a group of 6-10 most of the time. All in all the trip was great! The home comfy and all were content and happy.

Great place with wonderful amenities

This property has it all. 2 king bedrooms which is always a plus and hard to find. Every possible tool in the kitchen you may need, is there. Nice pool, private and after a day on the water, thoroughly enjoyable. Nice dock, fish table and bait freezer is always necessary, and this dock is easy to tie up to, with a location where you can fuel up in the matter of 400 yards and be out in open water in 5 minutes

Beyond Relaxing

The house, amenities, pool, location, and interaction with the property managers were all beyond my expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool. The kitchen was well appointed and made it easy to cook in when we wanted to. We had hoped to rent a boat but were advised against it due to the southern winds making for rough seas (normal for October), that isn't anything against the property, but just something to be aware of. My only complaint was that the beds were not the most comfortable, but it wasn't the worst mattress I've ever slept on either. Overall we had a fabulous week, and will return again when we have a chance!
