The home is located in a quiet Marathon neighborhood near beaches, shopping, dining, boat ramps, and local attractions.

Seven Mile Bridge: 15 minutes

No smoking, parties, or unauthorized guests
No pets unless approved
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
Children must be supervised near the canal and dock
Return the kayak and bicycles after use
Place used towels in the bathrooms, load the dishwasher, and dispose of trash before checkout
Important Notes
The property is directly on a canal, so caution is required near the water. The dock is best suited for small to medium boats.
Beach towels and basic starter supplies are provided.
