This Key Colony Beach Paradise is a private and spacious (2,750 sq. ft. living space per unit) vacation rental that is perfect for small intimate gatherings, or large families alike.
This property is located in the Island Village of Key Colony Beach. It is within walking distance to the beaches, various fine dining restaurants, a post office, 9-hole golf course, tennis facilities, and a well-stocked world class charter boat fleet.
Cabana Club Membership (Beach/Pool) included in all rentals.
Sleeping arrangements are 1 KING bed and 3 queen beds (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs).
You have a queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground level for those who do not want to walk up the stairs.
This home is SMOKE-FREE (no exceptions!).
The home sleeps up to 8 individuals in beds plus 2 in the sofa sleeper.

The open concept kitchen allows free access to communicate and associate with guests in the dining room, and those in the OVER-SIZED living room. The kitchen/dining/and living room oversee the sun deck, pool, BBQ area, and the water (canal).
The living room is equipped with a high-definition flat screen, and allows you to enjoy the company of family and guests.

The outdoor includes a large covered deck, a sun deck, a large heated pool (heater provided at additional cost), with a BBQ.

The property is located on the water with a 50' concrete private dock available for the sole use of the tenant includes fish cleaning table and 30 AMP electric connection. 50 AMP electric connection at an additional cost. The property includes a bait freezer. A 5 min. boat ride through the 100' wide canal leads to the Atlantic Ocean, with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico.
This house includes a deep water boat dock (50 feet and able to accommodate large vessels) with a fish cleaning table, water and power on dock. (110 and 30 amp)(50 amp at additional cost)

High-speed wireless internet included, as well as flat screen TV's.

This vacation rental is a one hour drive to Key West or Key Largo and two hours from Miami. All rentals include a membership to the Cabana Club, a private ocean/beach club with pool, hot tub, and beach. The Club is within walking distance. A short stroll to Sunset Park!

This property is well MAINTAINED and OWNER managed.

The islands of the Keys are the Best Kept Secret in the U.S. Bring your boat - rent a boat and enjoy fishing, diving or snorkeling minutes from shore - no need to travel far.

Sunset Park is 1 block away; the Cabana Club Beach is a block away (an easy walk or bike ride - PARKING is available; Sombrero Beach is 5 miles away; and Bahia Honda Beach is appx 10 miles from Marathon. Small remote gorgeous beaches.

Relax on the back deck - enjoy a drink or a meal - quiet peaceful neighborhood on canal. Enjoy the wildlife - iguanas, white heron, pelicans, ibis, and burrowing owls.

Great Family/Friend Home!

Our host, Danny, communicated very well and responded quickly! Loved the homes open concept, beautiful pool and dock off the canal. Spent a lot of time fishing out front of the house! Highly recommend!

Great location!

We brought two couples with us (we are longtime Key Colony Beach goers...) and they really enjoyed the stay. Couple of glitches with the pool at the house, but Daniel was very responsive, and we had the Cabana Club to fall back on.

Great Value

This is the 3rd time staying at this property. Worked well for our family of 9. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool and the Cabana Club is a real bonus. Their is a couple things that need to be updated, The beds are soft and need to be replaced. In the kitchen, their was a real shortage of coffee cups and serving bowls. We have stayed in Key Colony Beach 10 years now, and this place is a winner.

Excellent holiday rental

Loved this property. Excellent location, immaculately clean. Accommodated our party of 6 comfortably. Walking distance to several local pubs and restaurants. Very good communication from the owner Danny who always replied promptly. Hopefully we will return soon.

Family vacation

The property location ia great. The Cabana club is a great plus for the property. We sstayed in both sides of the duplex with a total of 20 of us. We had plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Key Colony Beach Duplex Rental with Pool

The property was very nice - I did have to reach out to the property manager and ask him for many things the house did not have especially plastic glass ware when there is a big pool outside. He also needed to get new bathroom rugs with adhesive on the bottom of them because one or my friends did have a fall on the bathroom floor due to the rug that did not have any adhesive on it. He was very nice and did give me a 15% off discount for not having lots of dishware and rugs which he was going to get before the next renters came in on Saturday. House could use some more pictures on walls - rugs in entire living areas because the noise volume is very loud due to the high ceilings. Very clean but would also have them put up towel racks in all the bathrooms along with toilet paper holders on the walls.Nice home but needs some things added for future rentals.

Beautiful Key Colony Beach House

Beautiful house, very clean, Danny was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful clean pool. Kind of a pain for trailer parking (costs $150 extra). Gave Danny some suggestions and he was very receptive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Key Colony Beach

Large house with great pool, grill, and dock. This house was exactly as advertised. Clean inside and out with plenty of room. House is conveniently located on same street at Key Colony's boat ramp and Marina. Made it very easy to drop boat and stop for gas, ice, and bait whenever needed. The house is also a short walk from the Beach Club (which is included) for food, strong drinks, and the beach. Also a quick walk to Havana Jacks Bar and Grill and Sunset Park in the other direction.

Thanksgiving in the Keys

Great property, well maintained, perfect for two families. Owner/manager was in contact with us and made everything a breeze. I’ve stayed in KCB many times, and this particular canal at least 3 times now, this property has been one of the best.

Waterlogged

Was a perfect week! Sunny, lite wind, flat seas and plenty of water activities from sun up to sun down. The house was great with plenty of room inside and out for our family of 10 adults. Nice to stay at a place that everything worked and was just as promised in the house description. Danny was a pleasure to work with from our arrival to our departure. Thanks again for a memorable vacation.

Great house

Great house. Spacious and comfortable Wasn’t sure about staying on the causeway but it was quiet and relaxing. Lovely canal view. Cabana club membership Is key!

Great/ amazing/ superior

This property was nothing short of amazing. The house is perfect. In the perfect location. The perfect amount of room. The pool was perfect. The owners have went to great lengths to assure that your stay is perfect. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of things. The pool was a lifesaver from the heat and for the kids. The daily visit from the manatee was so cool. There were people playing music a couple houses down and it was very relaxing. They sang every night. This was our first time to visit the keys. We are all beach people. With the lack of beaches in the keys, the boat rentals are a must. It was so amazing to be on the water during a sunset. I could go on and on about how nice this property is but if you are traveling to Key Colony, this is where you need to stay. We hope to be back next year.

Great potential but needs some help

This house could be beautiful!!! Absolutely stunning location. However, there were issues for what we thought was a high end rental. A few minor (but annoying) issues were no gas for grill, not enough toilet paper or paper towels to last us the week, no beach towels so we constantly were washing towels, no kitchen cloths of any kind, only 1 serving bowl and set of serving utensils. Now for the bigger issues…Dishwasher was rigged with an extension cord and stopped working until we figured out another solution. An upstairs bed had the wrong size mattress on it so it kept slipping between slats until the support broke. Now for aesthetics: Two pieces of wall art in the entire house. No rugs with slippery tile and overall a dreary brown and tan throughout. We felt like we were living in someone’s bachelor pad. There are plenty of lovely places to stay in Key Colony. This could be a top notch property. It has great bones!!

Perfect Getaway!

This is a beautiful home and we were actually going to rent it again for next year before we even left, but the dates we needed were booked. Our loss! Had minor issues on arrival with lock box, but property manager handled the issue within minutes. Otherwise, we had a great time, it was peaceful, relaxing, and just the perfect getaway for us. The house is perfectly as described, the pool was perfect the child with us (once the weather cooperated), the kitchen was well stocked minus a can opener and an ice cream scoop - but hey, found them at the Dollar Store within a short distance from the house. We used the Cabana Club on the last full day of our stay since it was a perfect day to do so. We walked there and utilized the snack bar, bar, pool, and beach. Loved the towel creatures left for us upon arrival. We brought a 30' boat and had plenty of dock space. We will definitely consider staying here again, if the opportunity arises for us and the dates we need are available.

Beautiful, clean home!

Would recommend this home for a large family. Home is as advertised, very nice, super clean! Better and bigger than expected. Kids caught fish off the dock daily. Manatees visit canal regularly. House pool was small, but very nice. Nice cabana club membership included, but the "club pool" is not a kid friendly...felt more like an adult drinking pool. Kids could not play, toss balls, no pool noodles, no splashing...boring for kids. I was tossing a 3 inch soft football with my child and "immediately" was asked to stop. We had to go into ocean to have fun. Nice to get snacks and beverages at club. 1hr 20 minutes to Key West. Highly recommend Sabado Water Sports in Key West! $150 person for 6 hrs of water fun for all ages. Catamaran ride, snorkel, jet skis, parasailing, water trampoline, paddle boards, kayaks, breakfast snacks, full lunch, & adult beverages all included for the day!! So worth it.

Great location and nice property but needs a little more attention and service

Property: Great size for a party of 8. Very nice home overall with large dining inside and outside. Loved having the pool and BBQ onsite. A few maintenance items needed: many of the remotes batteries were dead, the lock to the pool heater was non-functional, the carbon monoxide detector went off twice (suspicion was bad battery or sensor), and some of the cabinets need repair. Cable is basic channels only (no ESPN). Compared with the many other stays we have had with vacation rentals it was under-supplied (no backup paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). Location: Awesome location and extremely convenient to many activities on the key . Highly recommend Key Colony Beach (KCB). The Cabana Club is a nice perk for older guests but not the best option for under 12 (a lot of rules against games kids would normally enjoy in the pool). Nice, low cost par 3 golf course nearby. Havana Jacks within walking distance (great outdoor restaurant). Island Fish Company a 2 min ride away. Experience: KCB is great. We were able to take trips with quick travel to Bahia Honda, Kayaking the Mangroves on No Name Key, Sombrero Beach, Theatre of the Sea etc. Nice in-between key with a ton to do. Easy day trip to Key West too. However there were a few frustrating things. Discrepancies with the listing check-out time (the cleaning crew noted this was not the first time). Under supplied. Heating the pool was a hassle since the lock was non-functioning. When informed of the malfunctioning carbon monoxide detector (a pretty major safety issue) did not get a timely response or anyone sent to address. Overall: I highly recommend the area and the house itself is quite nice. You won’t be disappointed with the vacation but compared to many of the other vacation rentals we have used in the past communication left a bit to be desired and most properties in my past experience will be better supplied.
