Welcome to our Casa Mar Azul III, an upscale and luxurious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath newly constructed home (Duplex Home) with a private heated pool that sleeps 8 people. Located at 260 Sadowski Causeway in Key Colony Beach. We offer a "King Bed" in the Master Suite with an attached Master Bathroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. So this home sleeps 8 people. Both bathrooms are Full size bathrooms. (Master Bathroom has double vanities). Boat

Positives: The place is nice and clean. Having a private, heated pool was special. We caught fish and saw a manatee and a shark off the sea wall. Negatives: We had ants, and the Raid provided was empty. The beach is a pretty long walk. The beach hours are very limited. My biggest complaint is the staff at the Cabana Beach Club were very rude. They literally told me to "Get the hell out!" The unit is a duplex, not a separate house (but still very nice).

Thank your for writing a review about your stay. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our vacation home as part of your positives. As for the negatives... Upon post departure inspection my cleaning Staff and I did not see any ants inside or outside our the Vacation Home and the house and floors were found in clean condition. Note! We did NOT receive any ant complaints from previous guests nor guests that stayed the Christmas Holiday Week. Looking back in my notes, we have not had any complaints of ants in our vacation home in over 3 years. Ants are a S. Fla nuisance but typically only found outdoors. Since the Cabana Complaint was a first time Ever since we joined as members back in 2009, I wrote asking the guest what happened. The customer's family likes to go to the beach early in the morning and the Cabana Club hours were not to his liking opening at 10 am. The Guest complained that the Cabana Club closed early on Christmas Eve and was closed Christmas Day. Late on Christmas eve the customer was found trespassing from the property next door onto the beach and was asked to depart and asked if he could stay but advised that it's Christmas eve and the staff departs sooner than normal closing hours due to the Holiday to be with their families. The customer became upset stating that customers should come first. The Customer wrote in his email to me that he had trespassed in previous days to the beach from the property next door and no one from those adjacent properties made any complaints. So from what I read in his email to me, he had obviously trespassed numerous times at dusk/night and then complained to the staff that asked him to leave not only on Christmas Eve but on other days was well. Well, I am speechless and lost for words in reading about this customers determination of trespassing onto the Cabana Club property after hours and becoming upset in getting caught.

Excellent Communication, Great Location

Property Manager John and Aileen are really easy to work with. Great Location, Cabana Club is a really nice addition to the rental. 5 stars, great property.

Coastal Charm in Key Colony

We had a fantastic stay at this Key Colony Beach home! The heated pool was a big hit with our family—it was spotless and the perfect temperature for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage, and the large open living area gave us lots of room to spread out and unwind. One of the best parts was the location—just a short walk to the Cabana Club, where we enjoyed the beach, restaurants, and beautiful views. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, and everything we needed was close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this house was perfect for our family. My grandsons thought the pool was WONDERFUL. We also loved the close proximity of the cabana club/ocean. House was clean and spacious for the 6 of us.

Great Hosts, House and Location

We encountered a couple of items that needed to be addressed. The hosts were prompt and took care of everything. Just can't say enough about the personal care and service they provided. The house has a great layout and is convenient to getting in and out of Key Colony. The dock and pool were perfect for our needs. Really loved this place.

Relaxing week in the keys

Very comfortable stay. We enjoyed having plenty of room and the pool was a nice addition. The Beach Club is a very short walk and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The beach is small, but we always found a place to sit. Most nights we walked to Sunset Beach and enjoyed “celebrating” the sunset with the people of the community (singing included). Even my college age daughter enjoyed this and thought it was so cute and “wholesome”

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Casa Mar. It’s a beautiful property. The lowered deck for easy entry into the boat was a must for us. We were traveling with grandparents and the lowered deck made boat loading so much easier for them as well as our young kids. The pool was fantastic and one of the largest we’ve seen at a rental. The two car garage was a huge plus! John was fantastic to communicate with. We had one issue during the week (we locked ourselves out) and he responded to help us right away. Even with it being on the 4th of July. We are already planning to stay here again next year.

Beautiful home. Nice pool. Good location

Windy week which prevented us from getting out on the big water to fish. We did some lobstering in the bay. The home location is downtime street from where we lived in KCB. We know the area, and picked the best home that we could find in KCB with easy access to the water.

Best vacation ever!

Property and location were beautiful. House was spacious and clean. The Cabana Club was a great place to chill, eat lunch and have a few drinks. We saw manatees and several fish in the canal. We would definitely stay here again. We took a kayak tour with Keys Kayaks, swam with the dolphins at Theatre of the Sea, snorkeled to see Christ of the Abyss with Silent World Dive Center and visited Aquarium Encounters. All were excellent.

Perfect Location and Clean

John and Aileen were very helpful in the entire reservation process and provided us with all that we needed for a fantastic family vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and included daily visits from the local manatees. Snapper fishing right off of the dock and the pool is larger than the photos represent. We would highly encourage you to consider this property. You won't regret it!
