LAKE OF THE OZARKS-SPRING FISHING NOW- GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND PLAY.

We are located at the back of a large, quiet cove for perfect swimming off the dock. Interior of our home has been renovated and updated for total relaxation and enjoyment of the lake. The deck is the full length of the house with plenty of beautiful trees for shade and privacy. The dock directly in front of the house has a large 12' x 32' covered slip with a 22' x 24' deck under roof with a 16'x16' swim platform. Free use of the paddle boat and fire pit (firewood supplied). Gas and charcoal grills provided. Circle driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars with additional parking on the second tier, along with boat trailer parking. Large swim mat for your enjoyment.

Upon arrival, the house was not super clean. We communicated this with the host and she was very responsive about this issue. We enjoyed our stay very much despite the cleanliness. All the outdoor water toys were great to have and used every day we were there! The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking, which we did a majority of the meals. Would stay here again!

We had a very nice time. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and modern. The view of the lake was nice especially at night with the lights reflecting off the water. We enjoyed the deck and the fire pit. The property is in need of maintenance. After rain, there was water soaking into the carpet in the bedrooms. At least one of the steps down from the parking lot was collapsing, in need of repair and not very safe. The advertised paddle boat was too full of water to be used. It is a nice property but needs better maintenance.

Thank you for choosing my home for your stay at the lake. I appreciate your honest review of your stay. The water issue in the bedroom was do to several days of torrential rains. That area is now dry. Sorry about the water in the paddle boat, I will pay more attention to that in the future. I strive to maintain a safe and fun place for my guests. Pat-owner

The loose gravel was tricky on motorcycles, but all 10 of us was very pleased with the house and comfort of the house. Very relaxing. Will stay again

Perfect stay

This house, dock and deck were perfect! We had plenty of room, comfortable beds and great parking. It sprinkled off and on so having part of the dock covered allowed us to still be on the water. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Ozarks Fishing Weekend

Great space!

Loved the back yard and dock area! The kids loved being able to fish, swim and boat. The house had lots of room for all of us (5 adults and 5 kids). Would love to stay there again!

Great place to stay.

Awesome place to go with a group of friends or family. The dock was amazing and that’s where we stayed most of the time. Pat was such great hostess and made sure we were taken care of.

The house, dock, and location was perfect for our extended weekend getaway with our clan. We enjoyed the quiet cove, the awesome dock, lily pad, paddle boat, and paddle board. Making memories is what mattered the most! Thanks for letting us make great memories!

Family Get Away at the Lake

No complaints about this property. We loved every minute of our time there. The house fit the 8 adults well. And the outside private dock, paddle boat, Lilly pad, paddle board we perfect. We started each day with coffee on the deck and ended each night around the fire pit.

Very clean property exactly as described. Very nice dock. Plenty of parking. Only downfall that I could see is it's a little hard to get a trailer in and out. But overall very nice upkept place.

Memorial Day Weekend

Went up for a concert in Camdenton and stayed the weekend. Wonderful experience and short drive to all kinds of amenities. Highly recommend!

Very Relaxing!!

A great vacation spot for our family. Pat was very helpful and always answered my emails in a timely fashion. The dock was the best and very relaxing. I would definitely stay again and the house was clean and well furnished.

Great Spot

This property was a really nice spot for our family. We had a baby and a toddler as well and it was very accommodating. The dock was so close to the house which made it easy to go back and forth from the water. Pat had towels and linens galore that made us feel at home. Highly recommend this house for a great stay!

Joe and Pat Garrett are the owners. We moved to the Lake of the Ozarks on Labor Day 1981 with our two daughters (Third Grade and Kindergarten). We bought this lake lot that had a 10' x 50' trailer on it. We started building our home the spring of 1982. Over the years we have spent countless days entertaining family and friends at our lake home and cherish those wonderful memories. We owned and operated a convenience store on 5 Hwy for 17 years. During that time Joe was a fishing guide on the lake, pro-staff for Garcia and fished the Bass Tournament Circuit. Pat has been a cabinet designer for the past 30 years and is still very involved with her career. One year ago we moved to our 17 acre "farm" located 4 miles from the lake house. While we are really enjoying our new home, we still love our lake home and have spent the last year refurbishing it inside and out. It is now ready for you to create lasting memories of a great time with your family and friends at our lake home.
