Fantástica Vista Para o Oceano Townhome - Pristine Private Beach

2 Steps Away is our vacation townhouse featuring 2 bedrooms and three full baths. The bedrooms are on the second floor. The Master bedroom features a queen sized bed and full bath with tub and shower, and a walk-out deck with beautiful ocean views, and is especially good for lovely sunset views each evening. The guest bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, also with full private tub and shower bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. The full-size washer and dryer is located in a laundry closet in the guest bathroom.

We have recently put a roof on the rear patio, making it more sheltered and user-friendly. On the first floor there is a complete kitchen with every amenity needed to relax and enjoy your stay, including a toaster, blender, coffeemakers (drip and K-cup), dinnerware and glassware, seating for six at the repurposed antique door dining table. In the living area, a large sofa pulls out to a queen bed which brings the total number of people who can sleep in the townhouse to 8. There is also a full bath on the first floor with a walk-in shower. Outside the front door you will find a covered patio with an outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off the sand after a long day of play on the beach.

Our home is located on the pristine private beach of "Sunnyside". It is a wholly owned beach only available to the community of Sunnyside. No condos or other development overlooking the beach. Relax in peace and enjoy the beach without fighting for a spot to set up a tent or having to fight for a view of the ocean. The path to the ocean is directly in front of our home, and a very easy walk back and forth.

For your convenience, our townhouse has two reserved parking spaces marked in the lot by the number "2" painted on the pavement.

Perfect spot!

This was our 3rd time staying here. It is such a great location and has everything our family needs for a fun, relaxing week at the beach. We appreciated some of the updates made since our last stay and hope to visit again. Easy check-in and good communication from the owner. Highly recommend this rental.

Family vacation

What a great stay for us! We always enjoy staying in Laguna Beach area. The beach was about a 2-3 minute walk, Thomas donuts and ice cream was a 5 minute drive and about 15 minute drive to the PCB Pier from the townhouse. We'll be back for sure

TWO STEPS AWAY...

This was a perfect location for our desire to get away and enjoy the beach and the water. It was quiet and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the time we had there. It's satisfied all of our needs.

Great PCB Vacay

We had a great stay at this property in July! The property was comfortable and clean and the owner made check in and check out a breeze. There were complete instructions for everything we needed to know in a convenient book on the counter. Nice tv’s in every room, easy access to the beach walking just across the street. The beach is private for this community only so we never had to compete for a place to hang out or feel crowded. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for their next PCB vacation!

Great condo in a lovely area

We have stayed in the high rise condos before but this was our first time staying in a less populated area with a private beach and what a treat! The parking space is right outside the back door, no having to deal with luggage carts and elevators! The condo is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The layout offers private bedrooms with excellent common areas. It’s on the corner of a nice little dead end street and my daughter and I enjoyed evening walks around the surrounding neighborhood as well as on the beach. I do think it could use a good deep clean but so could my house so I was not too bothered by that. We did wipe the handrail on the steps as it had a sticky feel to it. We stayed for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it!

Amazing stay!

We had the best time. The location was amazing. Easy walk across the dune to the non-crowded beach. The townhouse had plenty of space, all the necessities, very clean. We loved the easy access to the beach and how far we were from the hustle bustle of PCB. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great spot for beach time

We finally got back to PCB. Being right on the Gulf was amazing. First and foremost was the view and the one minute walk to swimming in one of the nicest beaches. We were in a very nice quite neighbourhood, far enough away from the livelier section but close enough to get there in a few minutes. We were travelling with our dog who loved all the walks in the neighbouring streets. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and just enough space to make it feel like home for the week. We spent many hours enjoying both the ground level patio as well as the upstairs balcony. Can't wait to return.

Excellent Trip!

Me, my wife, and her family stayed a week at this townhouse at the end of August, 2023, and had a fantastic vacation! The townhome was exactly as shown and John was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The beach is excellent and is truly never crowded whatsoever. We will definitely be back again next year!

Our favorite spot

We are returning renters of this condo, it is perfect! On the quite end of PCB, we love staying here. We stayed with our adult kids, grandson and dog and had the best time. John is very pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Second time staying at this property. We love this part of the beach. Just a walk directly across to the beach. Ate in almost every meal. Everything was provided for cooking.

Great location

Love this location on the West end! It’s right across the road from their private beach. It’s nice and quiet on that end of town! It’s our third time staying at this location, just a different unit each time. The view from the balcony is amazing! Will come back again!

This property was amazing! Great views from the upstairs deck! Private beach was amazing! Property was nice and clean and had all the essentials and plenty of them. Overall experience was great! All communication with John was good and very prompt. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Beach Townhouse

Everything was as expected from going through pictures. It was a short walk to the beach, and the best part was not being as crowded on the beach. We could go out at 10:00 or 11:00, and there still be plenty of space. The locks won't work till 4:00pm on the dot. Don't get there even a little early on accident.
