A second boat slip (uncovered) is available to dock your boat or you can use the boat ramp for easy removal and storage. Power is available on the dock for charging batteries. Roof on the boat dock extends towards the water and also includes coverage for table and seating for 6. A gas fire pit is also on the dock for your evening enjoyment. Imagine relaxing in the shade with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while you watch boats and wildlife on the water! In November we see migrating white Pelicans and in the Winter we will see an occasional Bald Eagle!

Fishing is good directly from the dock or you can watch the kids have fun playing on the water slide that is attached to the dock. Plenty of floats and life jackets are available for your use. Kayaks, a jon boat and a pedal boat are also available for your use. Picnic table and a wicker yard swing provide additional seating close to the water under shade trees. Horseshoes and a large tree swing provide more fun in the outdoors!

Lake house has approximately 2000 square feet of living space. It has central heat and air. It is a one story home with one small step into the house from the driveway. Very accessible for a family member that uses a walker.

Lake house has a covered porch that is 47 feet long looking out to the water. Covered porch has ceiling fans with spacious seating and has a gas grill and an electric smoker available for your use. Lower deck is one step down and is a 12 by 22 sun deck adjacent to the covered porch with additional seating and a gas fire-pit with polished glass embers. Great for a chilly night! Lower deck has 5 steps to the grassy yard and it is level from there to the water. Alternate route by the garage will bring you from the house to the water with no steps!

Living area looks out to the water with new remote control gas logs in the fireplace. The living area opens to the covered porch. The living area is large with a vaulted ceiling, new ceramic tile and a large rug. It has two sofas and two love seats to provide lots of seating! One sofa will convert into a full-size bed.

The vaulted ceiling and ceramic tile continues into the kitchen for seamless entertaining. The kitchen has granite on the countertops and the island. It has all new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove with an oven that can be convection or regular, microwave and dishwasher). It also has a separate second oven available in the kitchen for additional use. It has a large island with seating and additional counter space. Kitchen is fully stocked with crock-pots, an electric pressure cooker, two coffee pots (one is a Keurig and the other is a regular coffee pot) and more!

The dining area looks out to the water with two tables that together will seat 10-12 adults. It has new ceramic tile and a large rug. Lake house also has folding tables available with chairs for additional seating.

Bedroom One is the master bedroom with its own entrance to the covered porch. It looks out to the water with a king-size bed, television, ceiling fan and a private bathroom with a toilet, sink and oversized shower.

Bedroom Two has a queen-size bed, television, ceiling fan and a private bath with a toilet and sink.

Bedroom Three has two beds (a twin bed and a full-size bed) with a television and DVD player.

Bedroom Four looks out to the water and has a queen-size bed, television and ceiling fan. This bedroom has blackout curtains for the guest that might like to sleep in.

All bedrooms have carpet, closets and ample storage.

Main bathroom is on the hallway and contains a toilet, sink and tub/shower combination.

Laundry room contains a washer and dryer available for your use.

One side of the two car garage is available for your use. Great for packing and unpacking.

Traveling with a little one? A full size crib is available as well as a “pack and play”. A booster seat with a detachable tray is also available. Toddler toys and a water table provide lots of fun for the little ones.

Board games and playing cards are also available for your use.

The street is quiet for evening walks with very little traffic. Most of the neighbors on this street live there permanently.
