The Sherrod is a beautiful home located in the heart of Florence with a fenced in back yard. Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths stocked with fresh linens. Guest can enjoy vast parking options, refinished hardwood floors, cozy furniture, and comfy bedding! Essentially a brand new home! Guest can enjoy being minutes from UNA, Downtown, the river, McFarland Park, Wilson Dam, Regency Square Mall & everything else Florence has to offer! All doorways are 36" and handicap accessible (minus the back door).

Parking: Large gravel parking space beside the house, backyard behind the fence (if no rain with prior approval-grass), free ample street parking on side and front of house.
No animals/pets without approval. $500+ fine for not following the rules. This is my personal home I refinished and am renting when I am out of town for work. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We provide WIFI only with smart enabled ROKU Tvs. We also supply guest a non-refillable start up kit that includes shampoo, body wash, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee.

BEDROOM 1 is furnished with a cozy Queen with attached master bath and walk in closet. 60" ROKU TV, dresser, 2 side tables, and 2 lamps. Master bath includes double sink vanity and a rounded bathtub. Ceiling fan with remote control

BEDROOM 2 is furnished with a cozy Queen bed and 2 nightstands. Ceiling fan with remote control

BEDROOM 3 is adorned with 2 gorgeous Twin beds, a chest of drawers, Night stand, and cute beaded lamp. Ceiling fan with remote control

LIVING ROOM: The living room is furnished with a 60" ROKU TV, 2 comfy chairs, and a 90" long sofa. Side tables and lamps are provided. Ceiling fan with remote control.

KITCHEN: The brand new kitchen features a granite island, large farmhouse sink, and is fully stocked with: pots, pans, baking sheets, microwave, oven, stove, mixing bowls, blender, crockpot, toaster, blender, dicer, keurig with coffee, and many many more cooking items! Please note this location does not have a dishwasher nor dining area.
