This condo is not a ground floor or 'garden view' condo so you will have views and won't ever have to worry about general common area foot traffic adversely affecting your privacy. Being located on the top floor of 3 you will be able to keep your curtains and doors opened to the surf 24/7 without ever being exposed to the aforementioned common areas. Being top floor will also eliminate any potential noise from above from neighbors.
