This home is VERY CLEAN, and well maintained. A custom built home that sits behind a private electric gate in a Family Friendly neighborhood. Furnished for relaxing comfort, showcasing California style. An open floor plan with a large beautiful spacious interior.
Just an easy 2 minute walk to all the action on the Famous Ventura Blvd, in the middle of the Sherman Oaks Village. Steps away, lots of great restaurants, shops, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Starbucks, 3 Grocery stores, huge Mall, In & Out Burger, Movie Theater & more!
Centrally located and minutes away to everything! Universal Studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica Beach, Malibu Beach, Movie Industry, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, The Getty Museum, Griffith Park Observatory, L.A. Zoo, Disneyland, UCLA Campus & Hospital, Celebrity Tour Bus trips, Hiking and so much more. Fast freeway access for travel. A very desirable and safe neighborhood in the center of ALL the LA attractions. Wonderful for family's!
The house has 2 car parking, a beautiful back yard patio with flowers & greenery, including a BBQ. Large Chefs kitchen with stainless steel Viking appliances.
All bedrooms have a T.V. and the family room has a 65" 4K T.V. The house has Wi-Fi. Baths are set up with all the necessary essentials & lux towels. All beds (3 Full & 2 Kings) are very comfortable for a good nights sleep! All the linens and bedding are just recently purchased.
This family neighborhood is quiet & safe. Owner stays & manages property from "separate" back guest house. Separated with a 7' High privacy fence and your relaxing "private patio". Any questions or problems you might have can be addressed immediately. Your comfort and privacy is essential to us!

The host welcomed us warmly to this large and well appointed gated home. It was sparkling clean and extremely well equipped. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

From checking in to checking out, this house and the owners were perfect! Paulina is the sweetest host and left us essentials upon arriving and later in the week even brought us a lovely and thoughtful basket. The house was very clean and beautiful. Wonderful place to rest while vacationing

My family and I (6 people) enjoyed staying at this home. Is was very clean and and had comfy beds. The home was located close to many places to shop and dine. It also had many amenities that made our stay comfy. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Fantastic Home for a Family Getaway!

My family came to LA for Thanksgiving, and this was a perfect place to stay. The beautifully decorated house was fantastic inside and out. The house had everything one could ask for to host a family gathering. The owners went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying at this luxurious home.

Great property

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners did a great job of making it very comfortable. All the beds were very nice. The back yard was very inviting. I would stay at this property every time I’m in L.A.

Good for a family

The house was spacious, very clean, and had a well equipped kitchen and working grill. The outside enclosed patio was wonderful for adults and young children. The neighborhood was safe, and easily walkable to restaurants and grocery stores.

Best stay ever

The house was amazing and close to everything. We had 7 people in our group and it was more than enough space. My sister left her wallet and the owners overnighted it to her. Amazing experience.

Wonderful hosts and home in an excellent location!

We met one of our hosts, Paulina, who was very welcoming! We found the home to be super clean and comfortable. It really suited our family in many ways, including being in walking distance to many shops and food. Our hosts also recommended several local restaurants and provided pamphlets of local activities, which was very helpful! I highly recommend this home!

Clean, comfy house and rooms/beds, lots of space for bigger groups. Kitchen well stocked and great appliances. Quiet, secure. Hosts very helpful and attentive. Great location for LAX, and the Santa Monica and UCLA areas. Short walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Ventura Blvd. Great find!! Hope to go back!

Great for families/convenient location

I stayed at this property with my wife, 3 year old, 1 year old and nanny. It was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The second floor master is very spacious and has a nice big bathroom. Hosts were great, gave us a welcome gift and advice about the area. Very conveniently located being within 1 mile of two major highways. I highly recommend for a family vacation in LA.

Perfect!

Paulina & Chris are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy yet close enough if you have kids to monitor. Everything was spotless and there were even some snacks and drinks for us! Universal is about a 15 minute drive; stores and restaurants are a few minute walk from the house. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Fabulous home, host and neighborhood

The property is well maintained. We were welcomed with a wonderful smile. The operation of how everything works was on point. There's even a booklet to explain things if you forget. The hostess and host are warm, inviting and offered suggestions to help us avoid traffic. The beds are so comfortable, we had plenty of space to gather and enjoy each other. The kitchen is spacious. The lounging areas provided ample space for our group. Anyone choosing to stay here will definately enjoy the home and all it has to offer. We found so many places to eat and shop that were very close to the home. I have to say that Paulina was the perfect hostess and we will be back again!!

Spring Break

This property is wonderful and perfect for families, or those traveling in large groups. The house has super comfy beds, the kitchen is well stocked w/ any kitchen item you might need, the furniture in the common areas is comfortable as well. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is great for walking, lots of shops and restaurants to check out just down the street and close to pretty much anything you'd want to do in the LA area. From check-in to check-out, the hosts were amazing. Accessible and responsive, but not intrusive at all. We loved staying here and hope to stay here again!

California Trip

We traveled to Cali for my eye surgery. The host were very kind and welcoming. We didn't need to purchase anything from the store (only laundry detergent if you need it) for our stay, as the home was stocked with essentials. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. I recommend this property to anyone coming to the area, If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again. LA refuge

This was a wonderful, clean, spacious, and comfortable space to use as a home base to return to during a bigger family gathering. Paulina was a thoughtful, gracious host and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. During the week, a helicopter flew low and loudly in the early mornings,which woke all of us up, but that helped give us a jump start to enjoy our time in LA. The house is a close walk to restaurants and was a good central location for the purposes of our trip. Before we even got on the freeway to head back home, our kids were already asking when we could come back.

One of the best!

My family of 6 (kids ages 2-12) recently stayed at this beautiful home. The house was clean, spacious, had a beautiful patio and upstairs balcony, plus all you need for cooking and hosting guests. They even had a pack n play and several toddler plates and silverware which was so helpful. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great and close to so many things. Paulina was wonderful to work with, always quick to respond to our messages before and during our arrival, and just overall a wonderful person and home owner. We loved this home and would definitely love to stay here again the next time we visit LA.

Great stay in LA

Paulina and Chris were very welcoming as hosts, but also discrete and we would not have known they were in effect next door (unlike some properties we’ve stayed at in the past with this kind of arrangement). The house was big, comfortable and well equipped. Stylishly decorated. It’s a good base for exploring LA with Hollywood, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills all within a 30 minute drive. Mel’s diner around the corner well worth a visit for burgers, shakes and jukeboxes (small local chain, George Lucas filmed American Graffiti at one of their branches). Plenty of other places to eat and shop within walking distance.

Its was great hearing that from this wonderful house location you got to spend less travel time in the car and more time at you vacation destinations. LOCATION Location location!

This was a wonderful experience for my family and myself during our Christmas vacation. This house was beautiful, well equipped, and plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and one kid. I loved the fact the kitchen was so well stocked - including some spices for the spaghetti we made! The master bath had an awesome jacuzzi tube that several in our family enjoyed.. I didn't think I was ever going to get people out of there for me to enjoy! Paulina was a wonderful host and made our stay a million times better than any hotel could ever do! Thank you for completing our vacation in Cali! We hope to return to this location again soon!

Our family of five had a great time!! This house was beautiful and centrally located!

Paulina and Chris were wonderful! Very welcoming! Our family spent four nights here while we toured LA. The house is absolutely amazing! So spacious and anything and everything you could ever need were available. Very quiet neighborhood located off of Ventura. We travel often and have to say this was one our favorite stays! We created a lot of family memories that the kids will not forget - celebrity tours, shopping on Rodeo Drive, met Tony Gonzales ( best NFL tightend of all times), went to Ellen Show, WB Studio tour, Hollywood Blvd, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, NoBu restaurant in Malibu, 1 Oak Club, The Smoke House Restaurant, and so much more! It was a busy couple days but staying so close to everything made it that much easier to see it all! If you are thinking of visiting LA this is the place you want to stay!

Wow, how wonderful that you all got to see and do so much!!! Our location is ideal if you have a big itnerary...so close to everything. Thank you for the compliments and being fantastic guest's!
