Beautiful Contemporary Home in Lake Balboa

This beautiful home is a 2280+ sqft, 5 + 4 home that sleeps 10 - 12 people, and is located in Lake Balboa, CA. It has an open living space concept with a contemporary style decor where families can enjoy preparing a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, while spending time together. The backyard is nicely landscaped and the courtyard has a nice outdoor dining table and bbq grill.

*This home has a back house that is completely separate from the front house. It may be available for an additional $125 per night or $795 per week.

Parking for 3 cars is available on the properties. Always plenty of street parking as well.

NO SMOKING is permitted in the house.

Washer & Dryers are available in the home. Note: I didn’t see the guest review until it was too late to respond. The house shows that the forth bedroom has a full size bed. It’s not a kids room, it’s just not a queen bed. The floors were cleaned a few days before check in. Some dust might have accumulated. The guest wanted to walk around with white socks and have them stay white. Nevertheless, I still sent a cleaning lady to clean the floors again. My hope is always to give great customer service.
