The Space:
Ciboney provides gorgeous gulf views and a peaceful serene vacation. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath condo provides accommodations for up to 6 guests. This condo offers a king bed in the master suite with an in-suite master bathroom. The master bedroom opens up to a large balcony where you can wake-up to see the sunrise or go-to-sleep enjoying your favorite drink. The sunsets and the colors of the sky from your balcony will take your breath away. The 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds and a full guest bathroom. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and opens up to a large balcony overlooking lush landscaping. There is a fully stocked kitchen breakfast bar and dining room space for you to enjoy your home-cooked meals. Property amenities include a large pool tennis courts BBQ grilling area and a private deeded beach access located directly in front of this complex. Ciboney is located with minutes of Silver Sands Outlet Mall Destin Commons Rave motion theater restaurants grocery stores water sports deep sea fishing golfing entertainment and more. Whatever your pleasure Destin has it. Come and start making memories to last a lifetime. You will love the tranquility that our little slice of paradise has to offer.

PET FRIENDLY - NON REFUNDABLE FEE CHARGED FOR EACH PET ($200 for the first pet, $75 for the additional pet, with applicable tax), 2 DOGS ALLOWED UP TO 40 LBS each.

Golf carts are allowed with a parking pass. Gas powered carts only. There are no electrical charging stations on the property.

Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! It was very clean, we had a view of the ocean from our balcony, and it has a very short walk to the beach. Also, it was so nice that there are plenty of areas for us to walk our dog, and several of the nearby businesses are pet friendly! We will definitely be back!

Awesome place

The condo was recently renovated and very clean and modern. It is directly across from the beach and right down from Pompano Joe’s. There were no linens for the pull out couch, but once I called the rental agency they quickly brought some up. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxation station

The condominium was nice, pet friendly and well equipped. The area to walk pets is located aceoss the parking lot, so proves to be difficult when pavement is hot. But otherwise, we had a great time!

Two recommendations, bring trash bags, the cleaning crew didn't;t leave even one for us & don't expect the smart TV in the guest room as described, It was a tiny computer monitor, not a tv. All else was very nice.

Beautiful, clean private beach immediately across the street & down some (30?) steps. Despite the signs, people were able to put up umbrellas & tents, just behind the rental chairs row.The condo is clean, well maintained & beautifully decorated. The pots, pans, utensils and appliances were very nice & in working order. (Oven was programmed to Celsius which we couldn’t adjust but we only burned one pizza before we learned, lol.)A few retail shops, a great coffee shop (Badass Coffee) & a few restaurants were within walking distance. We recommend Pompano Joe’s for cocktails but not food. Surf Hut is a close drive, with great seafood & drinks. We took our bikes and rode around which was fun. Lots of early morning joggers and dog walkers, etc. - everyone was very friendly. Drivable donut shops definitely worth checking out: Parlour Donuts & Donut Hole. The Harbor Walk is a drivable attraction with zip lines, food trucks, live music, gift shops, etc.We have 2 small dogs and they enjoyed the air conditioning. LOL. Another person’s comment about having to walk their dogs across hot pavement to get to the dog area was correct. We carried ours across 2 driveways to get to that narrows strip of grass. Not an issue for us but a note to anyone with large dogs.It was a lovely week & we will definitely be back! Thank you, Beach Bums!Only suggestions: replace handheld shower head in master bath. Program oven to Fahrenheit. Provide more washcloths.

Property manager did not have parking pemit on site. This envoked worry and also concerns of car being towed without said pemit. Also there was a disconnect between booking on expedia, property manager and actual responsible party of the property. Property manager was prompt in responses but notifications of parking issues caused confusion. Also we extended for an additional day and was charged additional rates for taxes and parking (for the entirety of the stay) that the orinal stay was already paid for through expedia. Not very hapoy about that. And seems there is no way to correct this situation. House was great but charhes over the top.

The pool was perfectly clean. Very convenient for biking. Restaurants were convenient.One of the blinds in the front bedroom were broken, and one of the shades to the patio was broken. Some of the wall plugs were worn out and would not hold things plugged into them. Other than that, the condo was in very good condition.

Wonderful Unit-Complex is PET UNFRIENDLY

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was recently professionally renovated with top notch materials. We loved it and the location. Unfortunately, we brought our two small dogs which turned out to be a mistake because the complex IS NOT DOG FRIENDLY and the Maintenance Man is a dog area Nazi. The "Designated Dog Area" is a little strip of land in the very rear of the property. Bottomline is this is a great location if you do not have dogs. If you travel with your dog, find another unit.

It had everything we needed to accommodate our stay. We liked it so much we tried to book it two weeks later for a spontaneous trip. Ha! We definitely will be returning to Ciboney and hope to get this same unit. Beach Bum rental agent was so easy to work with. I highly recommend booking directly through them.

Condo was great the elevator was not working and this was a huge issue as I use a cane

The elevator was not working and this was as a huge issue for me and I could not easily leave the condo we had elderly dog and she had to be carried down steps which was also a huge issue We should have been alerted the elevator was not working as this was the main reason I booked this condo. I cannot easily do steps thus I booked a condo with an elevator. Very upsetting

Lovely Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We initially booked a ground floor unit because one of our party has knee problems and walking is a struggle. When the ground unit became unavailable, we were given several options and the management could not have been nicer. We chose a second floor to stay closer to the beach. In hindsight, we probably would have been better off staying at the other offered unit that came with a golf cart. The elevator was quite a distance from our unit, so walking was still an issue for the one with knee pain. Other than that, we LOVED the unit. It was beautiful, clean and the air worked perfectly. The pool was bigger than we expected from the pictures. The barbecue area was quaint, but it could use an upgrade to the grills. We would definitely book again. We would just make sure to get a ground unit.

Beautiful place

We were vacationing to Florida for the first time and loved where we stayed. Within walking distance to shops, right next to the beach and it was a quiet, family vacation. We did not have any disturbances from any other guest. Very relaxing place.

Great condo, centrally located. Close to everything!

This condo is very clean and spacious but also has everything you need for your stay. They do not provide the option of early check in so be prepared to hang around somewhere if you come into town early. Even though they provide you with a code for the tennis court we were not able to get in so you may want to leave your balls and rackets at behind. Other than that everything was great.

Great location, needs deep clean

Condo is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and across the street from the beach. The condo itself is in need of a deep cleaning and maintenance (carpet smells like pet urine, dirty shower curtain, we found dirty food containers between the bed and wall in the twin bed room, towel racks falling down, etc)
