Sand, sunshine, and relaxation await you at Ciboney 1010 along the beaches of Miramar Beach, Florida. This coastal retreat is just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and offers plenty of space for up to nine people. Additionally, this condo is pet friendly so you can bring your dog with you on vacation!

Ciboney 1010 is snowbird friendly if you are interested in a monthly stay for winter.

The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom, found in the hallway. The living room is a great place to relax and spend time with your friends or family. Kick your feet up on your private, covered balcony, and enjoy the peaceful beach atmosphere and gentle gulf breeze. It is an easy walk from the balcony to the shared courtyard and complex amenities. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all of the cookware and appliances you will need to create savory meals in your vacation condo at Ciboney. Not interested in staying in and cooking? That’s okay! Ciboney 1010 is just a short drive away from incredible restaurants in Destin.

Stroll down to the beach and soak up the sunshine in the sand or wade in the mild, salty waters of the Gulf of Mexico. After some time on the sugar-white shoreline, take a dip in the community pool at Ciboney in Destin. This resort also offers tennis/pickleball courts and community barbecue grills for you to take advantage of during your retreat. It’s time to get away, and there’s no better place to stay than Ciboney 1010 near the Gulf of Mexico.

Family Vacation

We took a family vacation to Destin, FL and this is the property we chose. First time booking with VRBO so I didn’t know what to expect. I loved that the condo was very nice and spacious and how easy it was to check-in. I would absolutely stay at this property again. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Beach Tripp 2022

This is the second year we’ve stayed at Chiboney in Miramar FL. Both trips have been excellent as far as accommodations, beach access, and restaurants. We definitely will be returning for a third visit

Wonderful Stay

What a great stay! This condo was perfect, literally steps from the ocean and the beach bar. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this condo to anyone. Checkin was a breeze, nothing to do but show up and put the code in. The condo was clean and up to date, the best were comfortable. Zero complaints.

Great place

Great location and nice property for our short get away! Short walk across the street to the beach access. Short walk or drive to restaurants. The only complaint was that there weren’t many coffee cups, a few were cracked along with a glass. Other than that, I highly recommend this location.

Nice Location Close to the Beach

The location was great and quiet. The cleaning staff needs to have more attention to detail. There were foot marks on the wall and the bathrooms had not been cleaned fully.

Another great trip to Destin

Great condo with everything we needed for the week and would stay in this unit again. I would recommend new pillows, as the master bedroom ones are completely flat, but we found some others in closet to double up. Having teenagers, Ciboney is one of our favorite locations to stay because it’s private beach access is far enough away from the crowds for the adults to relax, but close enough to Pompano Joe’s public beach access for our boys to walk over.

Was under unexpected maintenance did not get to stay In this one.

This condo was under unexpected maintenance and management was not notified til the day of our check in. But they quickly contacted me and sent me a list of other available properties. So I actually ended up with a whole house, that was way more room and very close beach access. So over all it worked out great. Definitely will be booking three Southern again. Thanks

Dirty Condo and Old Furniture

This was our first experience as snowbirds. Although the description of the condo uses the words, "Chic Upgrades", don't be fooled. The furniture is very worn and the appliances are used - a shelf in the fridge is broke, the timer on the oven doesn't light up, so you need to use your phone for a timer, and the dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes well. The bed frame has a masking tape sticker showing that the frame cost the owners $50 from a rummage sale, I assume. There are lamps and accent tables that are in very good condition. Finish is peeling off of the bedroom furniture. We had read the reviews of previous guests and it was clear that their comments weren't taken seriously by the owner or the cleaning people. When we arrived, the shelves in the refrigerator had not been cleaned and one was broke. The countertop and table needed to wiped of dried on spills. Dishes and pots were dirty and it seemed that they had been put through the dishwasher, but that the dishwasher wasn't doing an effective job at cleaning the dishes. We opted to hand wash the dishes we used. When I went to use a pot and skillet, most of the teflon was flaking off which is a health risk. We made a trip to the store and purchased a pot and a skillet and a few cooking utensils. For the exorbitant amount we paid for one month, we should not have had to do this. The screen door to the patio was leaning up against the window and my husband worked on it to get it back on the tracks and in place. We called the property management company, but they were indifferent and offered to send someone over, but I was no longer confident that the people working for them know how to clean and I didn't want strangers in the unit when we weren't there. The best thing this property has going for it is location to Miramar Beach. We learned a lot this year and learned that the company we chose to rent through allows for inaccurate descriptions and cost almost double of what a local property management company would charge. We plan to come back to Miramar Beach next winter, but have reserved a newly remodeled condo with new furniture and kept meticulously. We look forward to coming and paying just slightly more for two months as what we paid for one month this year. Unfortunately, I feel really taken advantage of using this company.

perfect ground level, lots of room, decor is simple so good for young kids, highly recommend!

We were all very pleased with this condo, seems like it was recently updated, very spacious, leather furniture was nice and it was a pull out couch, nice to have some beach equipment to use, southern rentals was very fast to respond to questions, I highly recommend using them for bookings. The condo needed a little more detailed cleaning, such as under beds, in cabinets, base boards needed cleaned but overall very nice, we would stay there again!

Not what we expected.

This is our second time staying at this complex. We decided to stay on the ground floor this time with a more updated unit. First, when we got there the place had not been cleaned. Sand was all over the floor, bathroom rugs, couches and furniture. We immediately had to go out and get cleaning supplies. Not a great start to a vacation. We did call management and they sent someone out the next day to clean the place for us and refunded our cleaning fee. Also, there is construction going on in the front of the building. This caused the fire alarm to go off twice within the whole complex. We will not be staying Ciboney again.

Awesome relaxing get away!

Despite everything that was going on we had a beautiful relaxing vacation. This is our 2nd time renting this property. We hope to stay again in the near future.

Not totally enjoyed!!

We had a major roach problem, and the management was making lots of excuses about them being a problem in the south, but it is not normal to come into the kitchen and having roaches crawling on the counters and getting into your food, so we were not at all pleased with that experience, they were not willing to give us a partial refund for the trouble either, they just kept brushing us off, like it wasn’t a big deal.... the location was good and the apartment was nice , with lots of room, but not happy with the roach situation, and also the dishwasher didn’t work for about half the stay
