Poolside Cottage 33 Welcome to Poolside Paradise

Come stay a while! Steps away from our zero-entry pool and clubhouse! Partial ocean views! It does not get any better! You enter this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Cottage through the kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances with a water filter, both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker, and all other luxuries of home! A gracious bar top, with seating for four, and an oversized dining table, with seating for 8, can be found on the way to the living area. Off of the living area is another living space! The first-floor screened-in porch houses the perfect lounging furniture, while the patio includes a table, with seating for 8 and a gas grill. Off the porch, you will find the Master Bedroom with a private ensuite bath. Finishing off the first floor, you will find a stackable washer & dryer and a half bath at the foot of the stairs. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms: One room with a queen-sized bed and the other with double bunk beds, both with their own private ensuite bath and access to the upper porch. The second floor has a TV room perfect for the kids, equipped with a comfy couch, DVD player, hook-up for a gaming console, and a selection of board games. This Cottage includes a one-car garage, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit.

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
THIS IS NOT HOWEVER A "PET-FREE" COTTAGE AS THE OWNER HAS PETS.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
