Conveniently located in the first oceanfront building south of the zero-entry pool, beach deck, fire pit, and amenities center. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Cottage will take your breath away. You enter this home through a spacious kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel Kitchen Aide appliances, a toaster, blender, both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker, and all other luxuries of home. Moving from the kitchen to the living area, you will find a bar top that seats four and a large kitchen table. The living room contains a beautiful granite fireplace, large smart TV, and an abundance of seating. Off the living room, you will find a quaint sitting area nestled on the oceanfront with a screened-in porch, comfy seating, a fireplace, and a TV. Off the living area is the spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Finishing off the first floor is a half bath at the foot of the stairs. You enter the second floor of this Cottage through a small reading area directly across from the full-size laundry room with custom cabinetry and a smart TV to help pass the time. The second-floor houses two guest rooms, each with private bathrooms, smart TV, access to the upper screened-in porch, and fabulous ocean views. The south bedroom has a queen size bed and the north bedroom has a twin over double bunk with twin size trundle (sleeps 4). This home boasts an oceanfront paver patio with a Weber gas grill. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and community firepit.
**Important:** To access the golf cart, complete the cart use agreement sent via email 10 days before arrival.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, and we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
