Relax in this beautiful family-friendly two-story garden Cottage with an open floor plan. Sunny east and south-facing windows with large screened porches on both floors. A full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, an eat-in counter, and a large DR table that will seat the whole family. The living room has a sectional sofa along with wall mounted TV. The first-floor porch off the LR is only steps to the pebble path and beach. The first floor has a spacious master bedroom (KING) with a large ensuite bathroom. The bedroom also opens to screened porch. The first floor also has a full-size laundry room and half bathroom. Upstairs offers two bedrooms each with a private bath. One has a Queen bed and the other has a bunk and twin bed with trundle with TV and DVD player. Both open to a spacious well-appointed screened porch with great ocean views. A great way to start the day on Jekyll Island! This home has the Crane floor plan, sleeps 8, Great location to enjoy your vacation! In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million dollar oceanfront amenities, which include Clubhouse with Billiard Table, Fitness Room, zero entry pool, a beach deck, and community fire pit. 4 adult bikes, 5 beach towels,3 beach chairs and beach tent.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
