Welcome to the Bridge House- voted Best Vacation Home - 2018! You need look no further for a spectacular setting in which to spend your down time if you are visiting Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks. This beautifully decorated home is just a stone's throw from the most popular eateries in town and only a few miles to the world famous Sequoia National Park. The home was recently purchased and fully redecorated and updated. Practically all of the furnishings are brand new. We invite you to luxuriate and experience the tranquility and hospitality of the small village of Three Rivers. Sitting out on the porch you will feel like you've slipped back in time. Walk across the road and you will feel like royalty as you enter your private gated entrance to the Kaweah River. Plush outdoor seating under the riverfront gazebo is yours to enjoy...or take the path down to the river to cool off after a long day of hiking in the park. During the cold season we provide firewood for you to use in our riverfront firepit.

We have spared no expense in providing for your every need - super comfortable beds, high end linens & towels, unlimited WiFi, DirecTV, fresh French Roast coffee beans, new furnishings...basically all you have to bring is your food! Also - exciting news for our guests...you will love our new regulation size Pickleball court (court shoes required), beach volleyball/badminton court, basketball area, Game Garage (with ping pong), over-sized picnic table, and children's playground!

There are 6 beds for a max of ten guests. We do take a firm stance on additional guests that are not disclosed or paid for, so please let us know if the total number of your party changes prior to arrival.

***Please note - there are security cameras installed at the front, side & back entrances to the house. Their purpose is to monitor the property during periods of non-occupancy. The system will be disarmed immediately following check-in and remain so throughout the duration of your stay. Rest assured - you will have complete privacy while vacationing at the Bridge House.***

This property had everything we needed (more than we needed). Our babies (1 y.o and 2.5 y.o.) enjoyed the play area and we had 10 minutes to have coffee when they played. The bedrooms had all that we needed. We used the kitchen and the grill. the location was also great. We enjoyed the sound of the river. Robin was very responsive and answered all are questions very quickly. We will definitely book this property again for our future trips.

Amazing place, better than the pics! There was something to do for everyone in my group, from my 2 year old to my 80 year old mom. It was too hot in the day so didnā€™t get to enjoy the pickleball or volleyball court as much as we wanted but spent our time in the river across the street from property. House is beautiful and clean. Robin was quick to respond when something was needed and she had a welcome sign and loaf of bread waiting for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Was our second time staying here and fortunate to have found availability. Our kids love the property and convenient location to the shops and river right across the street. Has all the amenities we needed and a very cozy feel. Working with Robin again made the reservation quick and easy. Sheā€™s super responsive and hope to work with her again in the future.

Beautiful home - minutes away from the Foothills entrance to Sequoia NP. I think it's more beautiful than the photos. The river, next to the pickleball courts and gazebo, is a beautiful place to sit for morning coffee or in the evenings. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the lovely Adirondack rockers. The added bonus/game room was a lot of fun as well. After coming "home" from a day spent in the park, there was so much to do at the house! Awesome location - we had a great stay. (If you are Catholic and want to attend Mass, St. Claire's Mission has Mass Sat at 4 and Sunday at 9 - only 4 minutes away.)

Pickleball Paradise

This home felt much bigger than the square footage. It was perfect for 3 couples, and Robin was fantastic from the moment we booked it. The pickleball court and gazebo were beautiful and were where we ended each day. We definitely will return to this house!

Family Trip

This location was perfect and the house was exactly what we hoped. We walked to breakfast and dinner a few times and were close to both the park entrance and the rest of Three Rivers. The hosts were great and even baked us a gift. We loved the large tables both inside and outside and spent an afternoon playing pickleball. While the linens were clean and overall the house was great, the house was dusty and the toilets were not the cleanest. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this property and hosts.

Perfect!

We loved having our family vacation at the Bridge House. The house was perfect, with plenty of space. My family had lots of fun in the game-room. We loved the new pickleball court and the river was low enough to wade in and cool off. The little town of Three Rivers was charming and offered some nice options to go out for dinner. Robin made everything easy and the homemade sourdough bread was delicious. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!

The property is simple amazing. The views from the porch, the sound of the rivers flowing over the rocks, the pickleball court (with a dynamo professional pickleball coach ready to give lessons), the large family room and kitchen, the volleyball court, and the entrance to sequoia is only 10 mins away.

The Bridge House was absolutely wonderful! We used it as a base to visit Sequoyah National Park. Our family included 4 teenagers and they also loved this house. They played pickleball, volleyball and ping pong. We also loved exploring the river right across the street. It was a wonderful house for a family. We really felt like Robin thought of everything. It was very clean and the beds and towels were awesome! We have stayed in a lot of houses through the years, and never has one been so well stocked. She even had a freshly baked load of bread waiting for us when we arrived We cooked dinner each night at the house and the kitchen had everything! I just really have nothing negative to say. If you are in the area pick this place!

Marvelous House in Three Rivers!

This is the perfect house for your base of operations to explore Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The house is just a few miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park and it is very convenient to many shops and restaurants in Three Rivers. Robin had everything we needed in the house and we lacked for nothing in terms of supplies. We absolutely loved playing volleyball on the court next to the house and my mom and I had a great time playing on the pickleball court. Our family really enjoyed staying here and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

Family Vacation

If we could give ten stars the Bridge House would get ten!!!!! We absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect place to stay after our days in Sequoia and Kings Canyon. We are an active family and we play pickleball back home. We played several rounds of pickleball and of course used the sand volleyball court. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They thought of everything. Even a cooler!!! We wish we would have stayed here longer.

Perfect family time

Great location to Sequoia national park. Plan was for two days in the park but one was enough to get all that we wanted to see. Decided to spend the extra day at the Bridge house since we loved it there. Pickle ball was the main attraction.. House is a great place for families with the game room (ping ping, darts, cornhole, etc.) But wow, that pickle ball court with the gazebo right next to the river was just awesome. We walked over to Sierra subs for lunch and then buckaroo diner for dinner. Some great places to walk to right off the main highway.

Perfect spot for us!

This property wowed us from the moment we walked in! It was so clean, the kitchen was stocked beautifully, high quality appliances, homemade sourdough bread, board games in the closet, and ping pong in the games garage. My teens loved it! The summertime water was a little off-putting and the water pressure was a little erratic, but the drinking water that was provided was excellent. The only problem I had was that the biggest bedroom doesn't seem to get as cool as the rest of the house, and I run hot while I'm sleeping, but the rest of my party was comfortable. The best part was the proximity to the park(s)! We got some awesome hiking in during the day, then could relax and recharge in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Book this house

Fabulous place! Close to the entrance of Sequoia. We so enjoyed the winter wonderland of Sequoia and then returned to the Bridge house to play volleyball and pickleball. The home was immaculate, comfortable and well-stocked. You literally walk across the pickleball court and you are at the river. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Best Vacation Rental

SUPER CLEAN, comfortable, spacious, warm, beautiful & close to Sequoia National Park. Took the kids for a couple days of hiking and exploring. Iā€™ve never felt so at home in someone elseā€™s house. It had everything to enjoy active days, restful nights, healthy homemade meals, and all the conveniences of home on the road. I really canā€™t overstate how perfect this was for our family adventure.

Amazing Stay!

I canā€™t say enough good things about this property. First off- Robin, the property manager was amazing. She was so responsive, answered all my questions, took care of little requests we had and even left us fresh baked bread at check in. The house was VERY clean when we checked in. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. No details were over looked. We loved the property- so much to do- from basketball to badminton, sitting by the river to cool off or enjoying some relaxing time inside with a book. The location to Sequoia couldnā€™t have been better. We had such a fun family trip to Three Rivers and would love to return to stay here.

It is my honor to represent the Bridge House. From brothel to hotel to private residence to vacation rental, it has been an interesting journey to where we are today. This property boasts a lot of history in Three Rivers. It is my privilege to manage such a phenomenal property. I started managing vacation rentals in 2011 and have slowly grown to managing eight incredible homes. I am very particular about which properties I choose to represent and this is one of my absolute favorites.

I chose this property because of its iconic location. It is river front and has a magnificent view of the Sierras. It also includes the bridge abutment to the loss of the North Fork Bridge in the 1951 flood. You can walk across the new North Fork Bridge and be in the heart of the township of Three Rivers.

This property is the only vacation rental in Three Rivers to offer its guests their own regulation size Pickleball court, volleyball court and walking access to "downtown" Three Rivers.
