West OC Bayside Getaway W/ Private Pool

My place is in West Ocean City, a quick drive to the Outlets, Assateague, numerous restaurants, Frontier Town, and MUCH MORE. It is a secluded getaway on the Assawoman bay with a private pool and amazing outdoor living spaces.. It's good for couples, families (with kids), and smaller pets.

>During peak season, there may be minimum stay requirements - The system should automatically apply these but there are sometimes errors - If you would like a shorter/longer stay than what is provided in the system, please reach out and we will see if we can accommodate your request
>Your reservation fees can be split up into as many as 3 payments (all due before your arrival date) - Details can be found when placing the reservation request.

- There is dock space if you bring your own boat (details on waterways to access the house can be provided upon request)
- The pool is exclusive to guests and is available May through Sept (it is not heated so it isn't usable in late fall and early spring)
- No glass containers near the pool
- There is parking for 4 regular size cars (in the driveway and off-street parking pad), so the maximum number of cars allowed is 4 - You can not park on the street, yard or adjacent properties.
- 2 pets up to 50lbs are permitted - There is a $150 (per stay) pet fee - Please note any pets in your booking request
- During the season there may be a minimum of 5 night stay (exceptions may be made based on the adjacent reservations)
- Check in is at 3pm, check out is 10am

> Are the beds comfortable: YES! The beds have been replaced with new memory foam mattresses
> Is the yard fenced? Yes - The yard is fenced BUT the pool is within the fenced in area; also, the yard abuts the canal (with no fence) so children and animals should be supervised
> How far is this from Salisbury? -- Salisbury is an easy drive since you are already on the mainland - It takes about 25-35 minutes.
> How far is the boardwalk? The inlet parking lot is about 3.5 miles - You can take back roads form the house to the Rt 50 bridge (adjacent to Hooper's crab-house) to avoid the bulk of beach traffic OR park at the OC Fishing Center park-n-ride lot (FREE) and take the OC Bus into town
> Are linens and paper goods included? YES - The beds will be made with clean, hotel quality, sheets - Bath and pool towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels) - The house is also stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates and plastic eating utensils.
> Is the kitchen fully stocked? YES - EVERYTHING you could need is in the kitchen from cookware, bake-ware, mixer, toaster, coffee pot, utensils, serving plates, mixing bowels, etc....everything! There is also a grill (recently replaced) available for use on the back deck.
> Are there restaurants nearby? YES!! - West OC has become one of the hottest areas for both gourmet and family friendly dining.

-- Family friendly places include: Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's, Greene Turtle, Bad Monkey, Mioni's Pizzeria, Sakua Hibachi, Rt 50 Diner (at the Francis Scott Key Inn), Panera, Chick-fil-a, Tony's Pizza, Hooper's Crab House, Sneaky Pete's (on-top-of-the-water dining on the pier at Hoopers...great for lunch or drinks)
