Welcome to Buena Onda!
This one bedroom casita is simple but beautiful. The one bedroom, with king sized bed, opens up to the main living area by means of a barn style door. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including coffee maker, blender, toaster and crock pot. The back patio, covered by a rancho, is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, watch the birds over morning coffee, or ignore the world and read a book in the hammock. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom and an extra outdoor shower to knock the salt and sand off after your surf session. Custom made couch converts to two twin beds to sleep additional guests, with quality sheets for all the beds. Sorry, no TV (you won’t miss it!) but the house is equipped with WiFi.
Buena Onda is located within the eco-minded, gated community of Finca Del Mar. Just a few minutes walk away, Los Cardones Eco Lodge provides beach (and surf!) access, as well as delicious restaurant meals and cold beer. In addition, the friendly staff can assist you with surf board rentals and lessons, massages, yoga classes, and local knowledge.
So pack a book and some board shorts, and come see why Nicaragua has become a coveted travel destination. We are only 90 minutes from Managua airport, but it feels like a different world.
