Lovely Bungalow

We had a wonderful time at this little Bungalow. We made sweet memories with our family that we will always treasure. The location to the beach is great! We loved the pool and hot tub! We would definitely stay again in the future!

We loved the house. The parking lot and beach access was a bit far for 2 senior citizens but we managed.

Lovely stay.

This community is so pleasant. I would definitely rent it again. The house was family friendly as well as the pool and pool area.

Good stay

Loved being tucked away a bit from the other units. Location was great. Walking distance to Cafe 30A which was amazing. Beach is beautiful but note there are a lot of private areas for the beach side buildings so you may need to walk a bit if you want to spread out.

A wonderful week away!

We loved this cute little house! Surrounded by pine and palm trees, it is a bit more private than many of the bungalows and off the beaten path. We loved it!!! Everything was as described and the area is top notch with everyone in walking distance. The grocery store is quick drive away. The perfect beach getaway!

Stay was great!

The property was great. There was room for the family and we had a great time. The walk to the beach was very easy if you were not taking too much down with you. If you have a lot of chairs and a cooler, use the family or make sure you bring a cart with you. We will stay in the same place on the next trip.

Clean, Quiet and Relaxing

Bungalow was well appointed, clean and easy to get to. Like the fact that there is no carpet. We have stayed at one of the Bungalows every year for the past10 years now and always enjoy our trip provided the weather cooperates. This time five sunny days. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation

Property and pool were clean and easily accessed! Public beach required walking further away from the pathway due to private areas taken by hotel in the area. Therefore you have to walk further after leaving the walkway.

Bungalow at Sea Grove

This was a great location, very cute community! Cute home! Great pool to enjoy! The walk to the beach was good! My only negative comment is about the pull out sofa bed downstairs. The mattress is bad, so bad that you can feel every spring poking you as one lays in the bed. Also, when we opened the bed for the kids to sleep, the sheets were sandy.

Beautiful home! We absolutely loved it

This bungalow was amazing! Perfect for my family! The home was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We have already decided to book this rental again. We want to thank the owner for having this home in such great shape. The check in process was perfect and we never had any issues with door codes. The WiFi was a WOW factor for our 2 13yr old boys and 7yr old daughter because they are gamers and were able to play right after the short walk from the beach. My husband and I were able to enjoy time alone on the balcony which was awesome! I wish I could rate this rental 10 stars!!!

This is a no-frills rental. It’s all we needed for our getaway plus we saved thousands by staying here. We’re two parents and two college girls. Most of the bungalows are only a few feet apart but this one has more privacy. The interior has a tiny living room and kitchen with a glass breakfast table. The chairs are too short for the table. Shorter people will need to sit on towels. There are also 3-4 counter stools. The kitchen is clean and stocked, and the freezer has an ice maker. There are no seasonings/oils/sugar/etc. and only one dish towel. The washing machines worked fine for our towels. Upstairs are two little bedrooms with motel-style bathrooms. Everything was clean and functional but don’t expect “luxury.” The house overlooks a non-swimmable lake, but there is no outdoor space. The a/c worked great. The nearby pools have loungers and round tables for gathering. Pool and hot tub are lovely, but know they are surrounded by bungalows a foot away. The beach is a hike. We rented bikes to travel to it. We parked at the gas station to unload our gear in the early mornings, hauled it down the steep stairs to the beach, hiked a ways to the public beach to set up, then returned our car to the bungalows. It’s not easy but most of 30A is like this. It worked fine for us as we were hardly in the condo. If you want a clean place to shower and sleep and can handle long walks and lugging up and down stairs, you don’t need anything else. Rental company was responsive and helpful.

Great Place for R&R!

A great escape for our family of four. Close to everything we needed, but also a little set apart so that the noisiest neighbors were the frogs that because vocal when the sun went down. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach, and loved riding bikes to nearby communities. Also among the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a rental!

Fall break trip

Place was great- wonderful location. We have stayed in the Bungalows many times, and this was nice- but very limited amenities. No hair dryer or anything extra. Needs a little love- and this place would be even better. And this is a minor thing- but lightbulbs are SO dim! Very little light. Easy fix with brighter bulbs. We did find some used candy wrappers under bed when I dropped my phone - that’s a cleaning crew issue. The people were very helpful when we had an issue with the code getting in- they fixed it immediately. Overall I would definitely recommend the Bungalows.

Bunglows at Seagrove

We enjoyed our stay at Seagrove. The only complaints we had about the Bungalow would be the fridge and the uncomfortable beds. The fridge never got cold enough to actually chill our groceries. We had a tech come look at it and he explained that when they clean the fridge its left open for at least hour so it takes a bit to cool back down. This was on the second day by the sixth day the fridge still wasn't keeping anything cold enough. We had to throw away $30 worth of meat and some fruit. The beds in both bedrooms were not comfortable at all. Everything seemed pretty clean and the bedrooms had ceiling fans. It is quite a hike to the beach and getting around Seaside can be difficult with all the traffic.

We have checked the refrigerator and everything is working order but we do apologize for any issues you experienced. Because our refrigerators are cleaned between every reservation, overloading it with nonperishable items, like sodas, can cause it to take longer to cool back down. Family beach trip 20yrs straight

Dishwasher almost fell out of the wall, toilet paper was #3 grit sandpaper , not a single spice , not even salt and pepper . We weren’t told it was the last house in the back . TV was too small. (Women’s World Cup Soccer). Dining chairs uncomfortable, too low for tall table . No baking dishes , fridge was hot when we got there and it ruined some groceries . Couch was worn out . Master bed was the smallest and most uncomfortable bed I’ve experienced in 20 Years .(queen size a must). Most houses had a beach wagon , we had to get one . On a good note the A/C was great, the lake was nice , property was quiet , pool was close , weather was incredible , water was crystal clear from Tues-Sat.
