Our condo is located in the Centre Court building of Seapointe Village, Diamond Beach, New Jersey. You will enjoy a first floor lobby level location, steps from the multi-level Centre Court pool and BBQ grills.

NON-SMOKER - NO PETS. CHANGE-OVER DAY IS SATURDAY.
3 Night minimum rental during off-season
7 Night minimum rental during prime-season.

To secure a reservation a completed/signed Rental Agreement and photo ID is required.

Surveillance devices: Be advised surveillance cameras are placed throughout all common areas of Seapointe Village, common areas within the buildings, and amenities of the Seapointe Village property.

Seapointe Village is a serene professionally landscaped 17 acre, smoke free, ocean front resort within a gated community providing 24 hour security.

COVID 19, rental guests be aware all amenities and capacities will be determined by the virus. All amenities at any time, and without notice may be shut down and unavailable for use. Rental guest accepts and understands this is out of the control of the homeowner. All decisions made by property manager and or Master Association.

If housekeeping exceeds the normal allotted time, all additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit at a rate of $150 per half hour.

Mary's place was perfect for our family of 4. Loved how the decor matched that of centre court :) Mary was also an amazing host and answered all of my questions (even looked into ones she wasn't sure of) super fast! Seapointe is an amazing spot and I'm glad we chose Mary's place for our first visit here! It was very hard to leave !

Mary was a wonderful host and provided a lot of information in advance of our stay that helped with planning. The property is beautiful and conveniently located. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The shower has great water pressure, and the bed was extremely comfortable ... both of these were greatly appreciated after a long day at the beach! Access to a beach locker saved us from having to carry chairs and umbrellas back and forth every day. We truly felt like we were at our home away from home. I highly recommend this property and host.

Great time in Diamond Beach

We had a great stay at Mary’s place. The condo is very clean and organized (pull out sofa isn’t the most comfortable though). Mary is very responsive. Seapointe Village location and amenities are excellent. Highly recommend.

Wonderful week in Diamond Beach!

We have been visiting Diamond Beach for years but this was our first time staying in Mary's home, and at Seapointe Village. It was simply perfect. Mary's home is spacious, clean, and in an excellent location in Seapointe Village. And Seapointe Village has so much to offer - pools, basketball court, playground. We had the best time. Can't wait to hopefully stay here again next year!

Clean, well organized

The condo is very clean and well organized and Seapoint has wonderful amenities. Mary is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Perfect Rental!

We loved our stay at Mary’s in Seapointe Village. Her home was lovely and she had everything you would need for the week and more! We were even offered the use of her beach locker which was tremendously helpful for us. Mary’s instructions were so well written and it was seamless to check in. She was prompt in replying to msgs and ensured we understood everything. Her home was so tranquil. The area of the property was perfect for little kids being it was right next to the pool for their age. The resort has tons of ammeters to make it the perfect week family vacation. I would highly recommend renting Mary’s unit.

The BEST

Perfection! This is our second year staying in the unit and we plan on coming here for years to come. The property is beautiful and has so much to offer. Our two children are never bored with multiple pools, playgrounds, basketball courts and fire pits for s’mores at night. The beach is just a short walk and is picturesque.it is also worth mentioning the owner Mary is so sweet and very attentive. I highly recommend this property.

Nice stay

Very nice stay. Enjoyed the Seapoint. Utilized the beach, pools, grills, tennis court. Would have liked the pool by center court to be open later, as during the day it was overrun by young families & was difficult to find a peaceful spot. Overall though, enjoyable vacation.

Family beach condo

My wife and 2 kids stayed for the week (ages 2 and 5). We had a blast, the condo is on the same floor as the pool and outside area (convenient and accessible). The pool area is amazing with 5 pools connect with a slide, the kids really enjoyed it. The condo is located in a gated community which is well kept after, garden flowers everywhere and additional amenities such as tennis and a fire pit and grills throughout. Mary is great, very responsive. we got to meet her neighbors who were all very friendly. Overall this was our best stayed at the beach in 3 years of coming to wildwood. I would definitely recommend Mary’s place.

Great Family Vacation

My family and I returned to this unit at SeaPointe for a second year in a row. We had a wonderful trip and could not be happier with our stay and our overall experience with Mary. She is extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. My two toddlers loved the condo and you can not beat the proximity to the pools and beach. We look forward to many more trips down to SeaPointe.

Perfect for family with young kids.

The condo was very well maintained and perfectly located for my 2 young kids next to kid’s pool and close to sports courts. Owner replied very quickly to my questions during stay. Would definitely book here again.

Little piece of heaven!

This was the BEST vacation we have ever been on. This property has everything you could want. Multiple pools, easy beach access, playgrounds, fire pits you name it this place had it. Our room was very clean and cozy and we plan to make this an annual vacation!

Love Seapointe Village

Our family had the best time. Mary was so accommodating and answered my questions immediately! The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities to make our stay feel like home. We especially loved how the pool was on the same floor as the unit. We will definitely be back again !!

Great location

We have stayed at SeaPoint many times. We love it there. This stay was no different. Very clean and bright 1 bedroom condo. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
