Beautiful Unit!

This unit's furniture, appliances and bathrooms were all really nice and very good quality! There were ample drawers in the main bedroom and good closet space which was great because the den with the twin beds doesn't have a closet. The ceiling fans were great too since the ceilings are high and it kept the AC circulating. The unit is steps away from the Center Court pool which is very popular and great for families, but also right next to the park/tennis and the indoor pool at IBIS. The beach was about a 3-4 min walk for us but it's a very easy nice flat walk compared to Maine or Cape Cod beaches! We really loved the vacation! Our host was very helpful and all communication was very timely and responsive!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Fun, clean and outstanding location for a family location. Close enough to boardwalk but private enough to just enjoy the beach and pools. The property was just what we needed for a family with a couple children. We will absolutely be back to Seapointe Village.

Great weekend getaway

Great weekend getaway! This rental was awesome. It was like staying at a resort. So many pools to choose from. Meticulously clean. Super friendly people. Just had a ball.

Great Condo in Seapointe Village

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner is really helpful and organized. The condo was very nice, clean, and well decorated. It is located near several fun pools in the condo-village and a close walk to the beach. The condo grounds are beautiful, safe and quiet. We will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic Vacation Host and Location

Everything was well thought out. Communication was tremendous with Michael . There was a short walk to the beach, we felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. We were disappointed that the pool next to our complex was closed for the season but there were 2 other beautiful pools on property. We were thrilled at the beauty of the grounds and were happy with all aspects of this vacation !

Mike was great to work with. He was a super host. Very easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions for area restaurants etc. His unit was clean and it was great that it was on the first floor. We would for sure book this unit again. Big enough for a family of five to include two young boys and a baby.

Best Place Ever

I have stayed all over the Jersey shore and this was without a doubt the best ever! Mike's condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you would need. The property itself is beautiful including the pristine private beach. We rarely got in the car. Everything was right there including some decent places to eat within walking distance. If you have kids you can even take a trolley to the boardwalk which comes right to the village. Can't wait to go back!

End of Summer Trip

We had a wonderful time in the condo the week leading up to Labor Day. Weather was perfect and the condo was the ideal size for our family of 4. Decor was soothing and tasteful. Location to pool was very convenient. Community was picture perfect. The kids loved making smores nightly and the pools were never too crowded, even during a holiday week. Quick ride to Cape May for Whale Watching tour and short drive to Wildwood piers. We have wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

Fun and relaxing family vacation!

Our family had a great vacation at Mike's condo. His condo is very clean and nicely decorated. It was like a home away from home. The Seapointe Village community has everything you need to have fun and relax right there. We enjoyed the short walk to the private beach, the many pools and hot tubs, playing basketball and playing tennis. Cape May and Wildwood are a very short distance away. There is a nice bike path to the Wildwood boardwalk. Mike's condo is in the perfect location, close to everything. Great family time!

Great place to vacation!!

Seapointe Village is a great place for a family vacation! And this condo is a great place to stay while here. Perfect for our family of four, clean and updated. SPV itself has everything you would want for a beach vacation and what is not here, is just a very short ride away! It is perfect for spending the day at the beach, jumping into the pool, and then having s'mores in the early evening at the wonderful fire pit located close by. The pool closest to this condo (there are several) is in our opinion, the best. Short walk to the beach; tennis, basketball, playground, indoor pool right outside. Very safe and with the town homes across the street, feels almost like a neighborhood.

In town for Cheer Comp. Great rental

Everything was really good. Place was just as we expected. Danielle was super nice and had great communication when needed. The water heather was turned off which I am so grateful we noticed on Friday night. If we didn't notice that until Saturday, we would have been in trouble because we had a Cheer competition all day and would not have been able to shower. Thankfully, it all worked out and we had the time to let it heat overnight. We all had wished we packed slippers. The tile floors were very cold since it was winter. Even with the heat on, floors were freezing. Danille was nice enough to let us stay late on Sunday too. I would definitely rent here again and bring slippers LOL.

Our family had a great ti...

Our family had a great time at Seapointe. It is a beautiful place with a lot to do. You really do feel like you are very far away on an island - not at the shore. The pools, jacuzzi's and beach were very relaxing. We particulary liked the 24 hour security. We felt very safe letting our teenagers walk around there by themselves. Our condo was very nicely kept and clean. The extra bathroom and den was ideal. The owner is also very nice and has a lot of good information to make your stay as nice as possible. This has been the best place that our family has stayed in since we have been coming to the Jersey shore.

We have been coming to the Crest for 20+ years with my children and family. This was our 1st stay at the Seapointe Village and after staying here I can't image staying anywhere else. We rented a 2 Bedroom condo from Mike and it had all the comforts and conveniences of home. The unit was immaculate and Mike, the owner, was very thorough and informative of the place, as well as, giving suggestions of thinks to do and places to eat. We loved staying here so much that we are trying to get the rest of my family to come down next year. There is something here for everyone young or old. This is a must see and stay.

Great place for kids and adults

This is my families fifth time at Wildwood Crest and our first time staying at the Seapointe Village. The condo was comfortable and Michael was easy to work with and always attentive to any inquiry we had. We picked Seapointe village because of the pools. Our girls are 5 and 10 years old and they could not get enough of the pools. Pools and beach are a few steps away from each other and a few steps away from the condo. The accommodations are great from the hot tub, barbecue's, sporting courts, fire pit and the indoor pool open late into the evening. Private and secure throughout the village.

Memory Making Memorial Day Weekend

This condo was a wonderful place to vacation. It was a great way to spend Memorial Day weekend! All the pools were opened & the children & adults alike enjoyed them. It was great for little ones. When they got tired of the pool they would head over to the playground & basketball courts. There was so much to do to stay entertained but if you needed to rest or take a nap you could go and do so in the quiet condo. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. I spent days searching for for a hotel & was so excited when I found this place because most of the hotels in the area are outdated. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Perfect place for family & children

Overall was a great experience with two kids (ages 3 & 5). Space is large enough that we could put them to sleep at a normal hour without having to hibernate along with them, and they were able to play without overwhelming the area. In-room washer/dryer is a godsend. The kitchen is fine for the 2 meals a day where we used it and has a dishwasher. Pros: Landlord proactive about all phases of process with good knowledge of area Comfortably sleeps 6 Plenty to do without leaving condo development, including beach and pools Cons: Boardwalk and most restaurants are outside walking distance

Perfect Jersey Shore Vacation

We were already quite familiar with Seapointe Village and this rental reinforced our desire to keep going back every year. The condo was the perfect size for our little family of 3, since we used the den/2nd bedroom as a bedroom for our 1 year old. The pool right outside our building was unfortunately closed for the season (poor timing on our part) but it was a quick walk to the main pool by the beach. Our host, Mike, was fantastic. He took the time to provide all of the information we needed about Seapointe and check-in, which was seamless, and additional recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
