The pool terrace, blessed with nearly 10 hours of sunlight daily in summer, is perfect for enhancing your tan while reveling in breathtaking views of the nearby mountains or indulging in a refreshing dip in this Javea oasis.
The fabulous poolside dining table for six, set encourages leisurely alfresco living. After a delightful lunch, unwind amidst the dappled light of the surrounding trees—an ideal spot for delving into your favorite book or enjoying a siesta.
This villa, with parking for three cars, boasts a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite, an additional twin and double room, a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a large separate dining room, an open-plan lounge, and a spacious covered outdoor dining area complete with a gas BBQ—perfect for hosting family meals. Guests lack for nothing in this beautifully equipped villa, offering something for every taste. Just 5 minutes from Javea with its 'Blue Flag Beaches,' bars, and restaurants, the villa is conveniently located for day outings.
All our guests receive a 'Complimentary Welcome Pack' to cover the basics on their first day, 'Free Beach Towels' for use during their stay, freeing up suitcase space for additional attire, and 'Complimentary High-Speed Internet WiFi' to ensure a constant connection. Our goal is to ensure your repeated visits year after year.
To help keep a relaxed and respectful atmosphere for all our guests and neighbours, we’re not able to accept single-sex groups or any group under the age of 25. We really appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!

Both Hans and I are Dutch (well Hans has some American in him). I work for the local government and Hans is a pilot for Turkish Airlines. We both lead very hectic lives and so Casa Toscana is the ideal getaway for us both when we get free time.
Whilst I live in Holland all the time, Hans is based in Turkey and so our time together is very precious. Our eye is always towards the future when we can both retire, relax and holiday full time in Spain with our Jack Russell, Mini.

We fell in love with Jávea on our first trip and decided that this will be the place we retire to. We spent months researching and visiting properties during our spare time. When we found Casa Toscana it just ticked all the boxes. Quiet, sunny just away from the hustle and bustle and a great place to bring over our family.
The pool, BBQ and dining area are perfect for us and our family and friends. We often are out there from early morning until late evening and is a far cry from the busy lives we both live back in Holland.
We pinch ourselves every time that we sit on those sunbeds and look at this beautiful house. We know you´ll enjoy it as much as we do.

The private sun drenched swimming pool, quiet family friendly neighbourhood and close proximity to Jávea make this the perfect location for your holiday. Within 5 minutes we are in the hustle and bustle of one of the most beautiful towns in Spain but when we want we are back in our little oasis to finish off the day.
In the afternoon we eat dinner on the main veranda and look out as the valley and mountain in front. It´s perfect for catching those last rays of sunshine in the afternoon.
Jávea is only 60 minutes by car from either Alicante or Valencia airports and so connects you with all major airlines.
