BRAND NEW TO THE ISLANDER RENTAL PROGRAM!!!

Islander Condo #318 is a West View with stunning views of the emerald, green gulf, activity of boats in the Destin Pass and beautiful nightly sunsets. This unit sleeps up to 6 people. Avoid the elevators with easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via the stairs near the condo. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools and hot tubs. Our gazebo provides grills for your outdoor cooking pleasure. Out the front door you can see the tennis, basketball and pickleball courts. Don'[t worry if you haven't brought your equipment to play The Islander has loaner equipment for you.

The open kitchen has cabinets, granite countertops and stainless- appliances, and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area on updated furniture to watch the 52ā€ TV with a Blue Ray Player and digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, and a 40ā€ TV and DVD Player. The bathroom has updated vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom was recently renovated to include a queen bed along with twin bunk beds, as well as a 32ā€ TV with a Blue Ray player and Roku TV. The guest bathroom has an updated vanity with granite countertops and a tub/ shower combo.

Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

Amazing!!

I loved everything about the islander! Plenty of space for my family and very clean. The front staff were very friendly!! Everything was close by and beach access was literally steps away! We canā€™t wait to return next year.

Little things needed

More house home items should be added in there. More trash bags , basic seasonings for food such as salt and pepper and things. Dish/ hand soap would be nice as well. Other than that everything was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit has a few issues - the TV in living room had all cables hanging from inside the wall, not connected to TV with no access to back to connect anything, so only cable available with no smart features, DVD, etc. TV in Master bed emits very loud buzzing sound when on which makes it unusable. Also it sags/hangs to the left making picture crooked. The light fixture over the dining room table is not properly connected and hangs at an angle and does not seem properly secured. Finally, several duplex electrical outlets had only one recepticle working (both living area where lamps plugged in) and lamps had bulbs flickering (needing replacement). Difficult to find working outlets for charging laptops/phones.

The property is beautiful from the drive way. Then, you see the floors themselves and they have trash outside of them. Elevators were sketchy! Phone didnā€™t work in-house. Hot water to the sink was backwards. No cupboard space for purchased food. Iā€™ve never had to purchase trash bags or paper towels. Normally, for the price we paid we have had a few extra rolls of paper towels and toilet paper. Along, with a nice tray of tea and coffee. No beach towels at all. Beds were horribly uncomfortable! The ā€œlaundry on siteā€ was misleading. The dishwasher had standing water and smelled horrific! The pools and hot tubs were overran by children. The beach access was nice but ā€œtwo chairsā€ per room isnā€™t completely true. People take more than their two chairs and they claim them so early in the morning that you will never get chairs close to the water. People were loud! Slamming doors, playing music, yelling. We met another couple experiencing the say situations and they said they would never do this again.

Great location

Love the location. Condo was okay. Floors were sticky and dirty, which was a real surprise given we pay extra for ā€œCOVID cleaning.ā€ Had nice activities for the kids.

Best vacation in a long time

First time visiting Destin and I absolutely loved it! This property was close to EVERYTHING! We especially loved the very short walk to the jetties so we could snorkel. The unit was exactly as described. The chairs and umbrella included in the stay was so nice! I will definitely be back!!!!

Everything was top notch with the condo....It was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect area of Destin.... The only negative thing I have to say is the beach area seems really small and the beach chairs are set up too close together because of that....this has nothing to do with the condo itself...overall I would highly recommend it!!

10/10 Place to stay

Front desk check-in and out was a breeze. Everything was fully equipped, clean, and in a great location. My family and I stayed here for a week. The only complain was that we would've wanted to have extra bed sheets and blankets in the room instead of having to go get them ourselves, but other than that we really enjoyed it.
