Condo was absolutely perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony access. Close enough to walk to Flora-Bama, far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Condo was so clean! We will definitely choose this again when we return to the area. Thanks so much!!

Great Stay and hope to be back

This unit is probably one of the best units I’ve stayed in at Orange Beach. It was very spacious and clean with a great kitchen set up that accommodated the 6 adults traveling with me. If this unit is available on my next trip, I will likely book it again.

Beautiiful Condo

Clean, well equipped and furnished. Very modern, nicely decorated and wonderful view of the ocean and beach. Easy indoor parking and elevator access.

Great Getaway

Condo was great - lots of space, all the extras. Kitchen had all the gadgets, and owners had tons of games and puzzles available not to mention a closet full of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys). Great place, would go back in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved the corner unit — gulf views from each bedroom, wrap around balcony,, etc.

We liked that it wasn’t too big, the time of year we picked was perfect, it too crowded. Loved indoor pool and especially pickleball court!!

Quick get away

We were hoping to enjoy the balcony, but the weather was too cold. The condo is very large with bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and our view.

Incredible condo with amazing views!

This condo truly is a premium luxury condo; decor is immaculate and wrap around balcony offers breathtaking views. Closet full of everything you could ever need for the beach and lots of games for raining days. Plenty of space, love how each bedroom has its own bath. Very comfortable. Wonderful experience and would love to stay again!

Great stay with friends!

Great place for 3 couples! The half bath was a great extra. The place is beautiful and ever amenity you need. FYI hall thermostat controls temperature in all 3 bedrooms. Wasn’t told and first night with doors shut rooms got hot. They recommend 2 degrees temperature between thermostats but wasn’t enough if you close doors. Did 4 degrees and worked great rest of weekend.

Wonderful Property

The condo is impressive, up to date and has amazing views. I wish they would provide extra trash sacks, (only has 1 in trash can) a small thing of liquid dish soap and an extra roll of toilet paper. Maybe salt and pepper. I don't expect it to be fully stocked just bare minimums for the cost.

Beautiful condo! So nice to have so many bathrooms! Owner’s closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus! Really looking forward to visiting again.

Great trip overall

We had a great trip with family, love the spacious open living area and all the natural light! Downside is no light fixture over kitchen table for games, etc and although there are 2 A/C units with specific directions on how to use to properly cool the unit equally, the master bedroom did not cool well at all!! We had to leave our door open every night to help have any cool air in. Very hot in August weather.

Housekeeping issues

Check in was 3 pm and was not ready until 6 ish. According to managers the condos were overbooked and not enough housekeeping personnel to compensate for the overbooking. While we were given a minimal credit, the idea that we were totally misinformed from the minute we checked in and only continued until a manager told us the real reason for the delay in getting into the condo really left a negative and disappointing feeling! The condo however was very comfortable and relaxing for the family - once we were in!

Great condo, great location

Extended family and plenty of room for all. Watched New Year's fireworks from the sofa. Loungers on balcony are perfect! The living area in the condo is huge and wonderful for a big group. Suggestions: muffin pan in kitchen, extra blankets, and although the sofa and chairs are new and matches the decor, we wished it was more comfortable. Overall, this is a wonderful condo! We spend every New Years at the. beach and would definitely stay here again!

This condo is absolutely beautiful!!! So spacious and bright!!! And a closet full of everything you could ever need for a day at the beach!!! I highly recommend this awesome condo!!
